Text saying I had a face message. I mistakenly clicked on it so now I’m worried.

Sent a link to a supposed message on a business FB page. I didn't open the link, but checked the page, there was no message.

Saw my ad (not running any) on Facebook. Telling me to contact them at a website that has the name Margaret Adams in it. Reported it as spammer through my text messages as well.

Caller said their name was Linda and was responding to an ad from my business, I had no add to my business but they were very interested in it lol definitely a scam of some sort!
