I got a letter from Doug Lewis. Same old song and dance. Thanks for the posted comments. You just saved me from falling into his fraud trap.

doug lewis called my friend and gave him the same song and dance. i told him to call BBB and research the company. turns out guy is a fraud so i called him and told him if he is threatning someone with a supeona he needs to send a copy of the bounced check then he went silent for 30 seconds and then told me that he case was dropped! What a *****!!!!!Do not pay any money to this idiot!!!!!

I also received a letter and call from Doug Lewis stating the same thing, i wrote a check that bounced over 8 years ago.  He called and asked for payment by credit card, i told him that he would never see a dime of my money and he said "we will see you in court" and ***g up.  i called him back and explained why I had put a "stop payment" on that check because I never received the product in which I paid for.  He said the claim would be cancelled.  I too, think this place is a scam.  Isn't the statue of limitations 7 years???? I may be mistaken

Received a letter stating I had wrote a check for 176.86 eight years ago and they were going to persue with legal action if I didnt pay..Guess who the case worker is....Doug Lewis....Thanks so much for the info I know i was almost scammed ....Thank You

Doug Lewis,a "representative" of "The Check Processing Bureau - FRAUD DIVISION", has called my residence several times over the last week.  Using bullying tactics, he told me I owed on an outstanding debt. Having been the subject of debt collections in the past I KNEW this phone call did not sound like the typical attempt at collection. No one has EVER called, "out of the blue", 8 years later to collect on a $200 NSF check!! I told him I had no bank accounts and no credit cards as payment(just to see what he would say). He told me where to send a money order... i took down all the info on where to send my payment 130 Church St., NY, NY 10007 and his 'employee # 198-237-786I finally went online, Googled it all and my su****ious were confirmed!Remember the name DOUG LEWIS from "The Check Processing Bureau -FRAUD DIVISION". It is all a SCAM.Do Not,I repeat DO NOT SEND ANYTHING!That's all I have to say...
