Just got the same call two days in a row. Second day from 385-805-20318 (Yes that number is longer than its supposed to be)
Called my cell phone about a credit card
Just got call & shows as out of area. Will be reporting to Do Not Call people!
Call just came to my cell phone from 201-786-3241 & when I answered there was a recording stating that they have sent me several letters to my house advising that they will reduce my CC balances. Like I have a problem...NOT, thank goodness. This is frustrating as we all know it's some type of scam. How can it be stopped. When you call the # back, a recording says "mailbox is full"
http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm?sid=d1e37&id=d1e132Report it to FCC Link above... We got several calls on our home phone and our cell phones.. annoying!
They called my cell phone with recording to "lower my credit card debt" when I pressed "1" the person told me they were from a company called "Financial Account Services" in Orlando, FL. Total Spam.
Just got a call from this number, I let it go to voicemail since I didn't recognize the number. The message left was the mentioned recording of lowering credit card debt. A very minor annoyance right now, I just hope they don't keep calling back like some people have reported.
Just received this call on my cell phone. I pressed "1" to get a live person. I asked what company he worked for and he said "Account Cardholder Services". When I asked his name he said "Johnathon" and then ***g up on me. Guess he realized I wasn't going to be giving him any information.
This spam call plays the same recorded message offering credit card debt consolidation services a 6% APR if you have more than $3,000 worth of debt. Press 1 to talk to a representative. The other phone number that plays the same message is 901-674-4792 .
These people used to call me daily on my home phone, which did not cost me any money, so I just deleted them. Now they are calling my cell phone number and it is costing me money. I tried pressing "1" to speak to someone and got disconnected. I tried calling the number back and the mailbox is full.
got a call from this number telling me I owe credit card companies $3000. This is annoying..I am on do not call list.
The recorded message said I had to owe more than $3,000 between all of my credit cards and at least one of them had to be in good standing. The recording said they have sent numourous correspondence to my residence. If I wanted to lower my APR I need to respond now. Press 1 to talk to a friendly customer service represenative. Since I actually answered this phone call I pressed 1 so I could ask them who they were trying to reach and to stop calling. I asked the man whom answered the phone after it rang for 8 times what is the name of the person he was trying to reach? He said he was Visa credit card services or Visa Call center I didn't write it down. I said I am going to say this in english so you will understand me. He then ***g up the phone. So I was unable to ask/tell them to stop calling. Since I don't have any credit cards at all for the last 6 years I put the caller type as TELEMARKETER.
Same thing happened to me. THIS IS SPAM CALL
I just got a call from this number on my cell phone. They left the voice message saying the same as above if I have debt over $3000. I thought that we weren't supposed to get these solicitation calls if we Opted out. Was that whole oopting out thing a scam?
this is a spammy solicitation for financing on your credit cards. When I asked to be removed, after pressing 1, the guy ***g-up on me. ****s...
I just got the call too on my cell phone. They left a voicemail saying they can fix all of my credit card debt and lower my APR to 6% if I have debt over $3000. I do not have ANY credit card debt whatsoever. In fact, I have zero debt with anything. Calling my cell phone is ridiculous. Fail.
"...your credit card accounts. The only requirement is you must owe at least $3000 between all your credit card accounts and have one account in good standing. Press 1 now to speak to a friendly customer services agent."Clearly the phone bot is busy today! Clearly some kind of debt management agency. I have no idea how they got my cell phone number as it's on the do not call list.

I am on the DNC list
It's for financing for your credit cards and I am also on the DNC... When I pressed 1 to ask to be removed, the man ***g-up on me.
315-744-5518 and 201-786-3241 gave me same voicemail messages-- KS
I got a call from this same number and of course it wouldn't let me talk to anyone and when I called back the mailbox was full. How do you stop these rediculous calls.
My cell phone just rang twice and ***g up with this number and I too am on the DNC list! WTH!Where and to whom do we report this too?
Same number - but not about credit counseling. Mentioned an annual credit card account review, and talked about getting a better interest rate for ALL of my credit cards - provided I owe at least $3k on one. Offered to put me through to a representative, but I ***g up instead. Said it was my last 'courtesy call' since I had been ignoring previous offers by mail. Haven't received any mail - and since this is a corporate cell phone number, they'd have NO IDEA who I am or what kind of credit or credit cards I have.
Left a message on my cell ... stated so****ing to the effect of "need at least $3000 of credit card debt to be approved for this offer" and then "press 1 to talk to a representative". This is obviously a scam and I will block this number. :)

I got the same type a call just a few minutes ago. This is ******, they left a message that was saying so****ing about credit cards but it came in mid-message. I am also on the Do-Not-Call list. So****ing needs to be done.
I just got a call from this a min ago too ..... I don't even have Credit Cards to s**** with I got up to check my phone for nothing
I got the same call a minute ago. I am on the DNC list and I do not have any outstanding credit issues. Where can we report this to the law?
I got the same type of call - first "junk" call on my cell phone. This MUST be illegal.
Got a robo call, came in mid-message, was talking (I think) about what you need to do to qualify for Credit Counseling... obviously a clumsy solicitation and a recorded one at that... isn't that completely illegal? I am pretty sure I am on the DNC list and the number is a cell phone... it was a very poorly executed call and likely was not checked for Do-Not-Call suppressions. I may have so****ing on my file I am unaware of, but I work for a financial ins***ution and have good credit.
I hust had a missed call from this number. The interesting thing is, I never had this type of call go to my cell phone until I replaced it last week. This is at least the third junk, robo call I have received. I'm wondering if it is somehow related to the new phone, even though it is the same number and has been on the DNC list for years.
