HDI Consulting, Arsis Advisory Group, Bridgepoint Business Advisers, and Bizbuy132.com are all part of an integrated scam system, and just part of the many sock puppet business en***ies created by Ty Tymkovich, Sam Levine, David Silverman, and Justin Davis.  On 12/18/09 the Attorney General of Colorado filed a motion charging them with defrauding over 700 small business across the US over the last 3 years.If you have done any business with any of these companies or individuals, including Corporate Acquisitions Group and Global Acquisitions, please immediately contact the Colorado AG at 303-866-4500.

Received same voicemail as referenced already, but caller id # was 908-997-0070 & # given in message was 908/444-9671.

Came into work this AM and had a message on my recorder from Jim Kilroy. Wants to know if I'm interested in selling my business for the right price. It was a New Jersey # 908-444-9671. What's up?

Received 2 calls back to back @ 7:30pm CST. Left no message either time.

I  also recieved acall from Jim Kilroy  { IL } Returned call , talked W/Jennifer Ohare a few times . Set up an appointment W/Owen Petrie. I'm now overly concerned because my appraisal was $4900

Just got a call from this number tonight. Answered on the 1st ring. The computer generated call stating right away it was a wrong number, apologized for the error and asked me to call ---- to be removed from their calling list.Caller ID:  New Jersey 201-793-0803

we also received a call from a Jim Kilroy saying that he had buyers if we were selling at the right price. First we have not advertised that we were for sale.  We have a small accounting service. But who wont sell if price was right.  But Mr kilroy if you are legitmate, better c****e your approaches.

received a call from Jim Kilroy on Nov 16 at 7:37 PM cst..asking that I return his call if I was interested in selling business as his company (HDI Consulting) had a****ential buyer in Illinois.

Left a message on voice mail.  "James Kilroy with "HDI Consulting".  Represent buyers in searches to purchase businesses around the country.  Feel we have a buyer that might be interested in your location in the ______ area.  Wanted to see if it would be so****ing you would consider if the price were right."Didn't mention what kind of business looking for or why they would be calling at odd hours on personal voice mail instead of at work.  Very strange.  Silly question.  Who wouldn't consider selling so****ing "if the price were right"?  Don't know if a scam or not, but sure has all of the makings of one.

Answered after 2 rings, got a recording apologizing for calling the wrong number

I also received the same call and then we went through the process.  In the end they asked for $4,435.00 for independent appraisal.  I must****ume this is a scam.

Jim ****roy asking if we would like an opportunity to sell our business for a profit.  No business here to sell. We are registered on the Do Not Call Registry.

Checked my voicemail this morning and got the message from Jim Kilroy about buying my business.  I am also in Arkansas with a child care facility. Seems strange to me that some big time investor would want a daycare in Arkansas...

I got the same recorded "sorry we dialed the wrong number" response. Huh? You're a ma****e. How do you know? Unless you wanted a voice mail and are programmed to say that if a real person picks up. Which makes no logical sense.

Major scam....voice mail message said "sorry they reached my number in error to call back with a PIN number".  Not sure how they figured they "reached the wrong number"
