Called and didnt leave message when I called back the person reluctantly said*****o after a long pause, thought I heard call room in background. reading above report I did have Empire Flooring Installed ,perhaps a survey although a local person called and left a message about a follow up survey already. Dont know about this number weird NEW JERSEY whats that about?
I hate them
I do not want phone calls from this company.
Glad I found this site as I have also been receiving calls from this number on my work number each day just after 4pm. Since this is a work line (I work from home), I don't pick up calls that I don't recognize or am not expecting. As it turns out, I just had Empire out here a couple of weeks ago, just before the calls s****ed.
I have been receiving calls from 201-793-4620 for about 2 weeks now also. Just about the time I had carpet installed by Empire Carpet. The caller id displays as Allsec Tech. Googling Allsec Tech reveals ALLSECTECH INC.Suite 300, 5 Independence way, Princeton,New Jersey 08540, USA.http://www.allsectech.com/ They are an indian company, Allsec Technologies Ltd. (NSE - ALLSEC), India was listedon the National Stock Exc****e (NSE) on May 9th, 2005.I called Allsec at 201-793-4620 and spoke with a John Matthews (dubious name given the accent). He indicated that the calls were being made by Allsec for Empire Carpet as follow up to the installation.I told him I have been receiving the calls for 2 weeks now and everytime I answer the phone they **** up.Interesting to note that Allsec markets the service it sells to Empire as Quality****urance, "Allsec providesquality****urance of voice and email service across multiple business segments...". Sound like they're a little lacking in their own in house QA. Bottom Line - Call Empire Today and complain 800-588-2300.Call Allsec and complain.
I did not pick up the phone and they did not leave a message. Interesting that another report mentions Empire, the flooring company. I too have recently had a floor installed by them. The local office of Empire has called me in the past and left messages. I would thind that that another office would do the same.
Call came at 20:00 hours Central Standard on 12-03-07 (A Monday). My Lovely and Gracious answered, but no one spoke. This site identified this number with Empire Today, the floor covering outfit. We recently bought carpet from Empire (Good stuff and reasonable too) but their outfit was local. Their customer service was an 800 number, but we had never received a marketing call from them at any time.Another site identified this number (by Caller ID) as Allsec Tech, as one did here, which is a marketing outfit in India. They market 2nd tier credit cards, Student Loan consolidation loans and other similar scams.
that number is empire today so if you got a new floor they are calling to tell you info.
This number calls each night at the same time generally 7:50 p.m., this has happened for the last 4 nights in a row. When I pick up no one is there. Tonight I decided to simply hold the phone and not say anything after a short time the other line ***g up and went to dial tone.
Call 2 to 3 times a day. If I answer there is never anyone there just goes to dial tone after a minute.
