Receiving calls at 7 a.m. on weekends....how do you make them stop?

Have any of you tried to apply for a grant?

I have been getting calls from this nuber also .... in my case though they arent using this number but because my phone runs through my comp i was able to find the # on my caller ID it either shows up as no number not privite... just blank ... or a single digit number such as 3 or 6 or 5 and so on....  This s****ed accuring at the same time that my modem was being hacked ... not my router my modem...  not sure if its the same person or not but am looking...  I will post another mesage when my reserch is done.. and will make all phone numbers addresses and comp info public for any one who wishes to mess with this person ... I called my internet provider and they said there was nothing that they can do so im working on locating and puublishing all info on this number and person Note: im getting help from others also if you have any info you think may be usefull please post a comment here ill check on it daily thanks

This number keeps calling and I answer they don't say anything. And then I call back and they **** up

I have gotten 5 phone calls from this number today and the day is only half over.  I called it back once and it said to press 2 to be placed on the do not call list.  I called it back another time and it picked up and no one said anything, then it ***g up.

The company is Level III communications from New Jersey.  You can't call them back.  They are harassing me too 7 days a week.

I am being harrassed by this phone number 7 days a week at all hours of the day, s****ing first thing in the morning till late evening.  When I try to call them back, the number rings busy, or will not connect.Who are these people.  I want them reported.
