Recorded message about qualifying for a reduction on credit card rate. I am on the do not call registry. Here is the phone# on the caller ID1-201-881-2116.
Same happened here. The guy called; I called back and he yelled, "Quit f***ing calling me."I called back and screamed in his ear, "You called me****hole!"What's going on here?
Beware, this # is a scam and the callers use the most disgusting language. We see it's a cell phone registered in N.J.
Recvd call at 11:30am . Returned call, guy answered " quit F$%## calling me" and ****s up. it was a cell phone.
received a call yes****ay and number showed on caller id and when I tried to call it it I couldn't Then today I got the caller id from 206-397-1505 and this return call could not go thru either. Probably the same scammers
Recieved the same robo message report them to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm if you are on the do not call list
Just rec'd a call from this number. It came up on the caller ID as "wireless caller". It was hard to understand what was being said so I figured it was some **** telemarketer and ***g up.
It's a phishing expedition... "credit card services" doesn't mention a firm... and wants you to contact them about "a letter that you may have already gotten" and an offer to keep "your credit card" rate from going higher...Steer clear.
Keep reporting them to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm?sid=&id=d1e37They follow up by volume so the more people who report these crooks the sooner action will be taken.
Recurring calls from Credit Card Services, this company has been reported here numerous times and has been reported to DoNotCall.gov, and yet they still call, all they do is c****e their phone number
They never mentioned a company. It is a junk call if you are the do not call list report them to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
credit card scam
I just did a search on that number, I am from PaPhone Profile (201) 881-2116CellularHackensack, NJ
They won't stop calling even when you tell them to. This is the same caller as
wanted to lower my interest rates
I just recieved the same call , from" Sarah" and she had a British accent, she stated the same line re: my credit card balance. I pressed *69 and got a live female operator that asked me who she was speaking with, duh I said you called me and if I can find out who you are I am coming after you with a gun ! I think I surprised her because she didn't **** up ! I keep getting these calls and I am so angry because I am on the do not call list also !
Forgot to mention that my phone is in eastern MA, like a number of others posting here.
I got this call today and waited because I didn't recognize the phone number on caller ID (listed as a wireless number). As soon as my announcement s****ed, the robo-voice s****ed talking, so I couldn't really hear much of what was said. (Dunno why they don't wait until after the announcement.) The voice was female. I could hear some of the words mentioned in previous posts, such as, "no problems with ... account...," so I guess it must have been the same ****s. I thought I heard a "real" voice, so I picked up the phone, but the call was disconnected.I hate when this happens, esp. when I have to run all the way downstairs when I'm in the middle of so****ing else. I'd been expecting an important call, which is why I ran for it. (No caller ID on the upstairs phones.)When will phone/computer systems geniuses come up with a way to block these calls? So much for Do Not Call lists.
Initial message was done via recording by a woman with a horrible British posh accent. I hit the nine key to see what was going on. A man answered and s****ed a sales pitch. I interrupted and asked for the name of the company. He ***g up immediately. They are asking for personal information. They use this information to bill a***nst your credit card on a monthly basis. SCAM ... DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE TO PEOPLE CALLING IN TO YOUR NUMBER.
Came up as "Cell Phone NJ" -- I didn't answer; they didn't leave a message. Love this website, BTW!Slam scam!! :-)
These idiots are scammers in the worst sense of the word! The last time they harassed us, they were trying to sell some kind of slimy "get rich quick" scheme that (I was supposed to believe) was going to make all our woes a thing of the past, while (yadda, yadda, yadda...)! Three times, I tried to them that we were/are on the local and national Do Not Call List(s), and, finally, told 'em that if they called a***n, I'd call the AG's office!....Guess who's getting a call, first thing, Monday morning!
It's come company called "Credit Card Services". They are total scammers. They told me they could lower my interest rate. I said, "Oh yea, how are you going to do that... you aren't the ones offering me credit." They said so****ing about working with ******nks.
Did not answer. Caller did not leave a message.
obviously some kind of credit card scam. did not identify self. recorded message
Did not answer, did not leave a message.
I just got a call (March 12, 2010, 4:44 pm)) from this cell phone telephone number. The recording identified its origin as being from "Credit Card Services", and it said that there were no current problems with any of my accounts, but to press 9 to hear about lowering interest rates. I pressed 9 as instructed, even though I do not carry a balance on any credit card, and got a "live" male operator, who ***g up instantly after I asked to be taken off their list. I call him back, BUT, this number does not accept incoming calls.Where are these calls originating from. The man "from Credit Card Services" did not have any accent as far as I could detect
I just got a call from this number, recording said they were Credit Card Services, that there were no current problems on any of my accounts, but to answer immediately to receive lower interest rates. I pressed 9 as instructed and got a live male operator, who ***g up on my the instant I asked if they had a Do Not Call list. I tried *69 redial, but got a phone company message saying that couldn't be done for this call.
They called my cell today and did not leave a message.
This number called and some lady s****ed babbling, never mentioned her name or company, and stated that if payment wasn't made then whatever would be cancled, then she just ***g up. I'm not sure if this is a setup for follow-up calls
