recieved a call from this number, they would not say anything but i could hear alot of background noise, ***g up.

Got a call full of static . A voice that sounded Middle Eastern would only say ,''hello'' a few times and then ***g up. I have have this same thing happen with calls from other numbers recently but never from anyone that was known to me or had a reason to call me. My phone works fine. This is spam probably expecting me to return the call or some other scam.
