Calls and ****s up phone

number keeps calling and ****ing up multple time a day please stop, its been going on sense 12/29/08

They have called me 10 times a day for the past week and a half. When I answer they ask for a random person and then say "while i have you on the phone, let me tell you about this government grant" OH MY GOD it has got to stop.

i am tired of this number calling my phone...i have a prepaid phone, everytime they call me, its taking away from from my balance. if they keep calling my service will soon end

I began receiving calls from the above named caller 12.23.2008. From that date through 12.29.2008, forty-four (44) calls have been directed to my cell phone and attributed to 201.918.3041. My experience including the persistent, repe***ive calls, mirror the complaints posted by others on callercomplaints.com. I join them in requesting responsible federal, state and local agencies review our complaints, determine if there have been violations and any such violations are promptly cured.

I thought that when you signed up for do not call these calls would stop...it seems to me that scam artest have only gotten smarter...they finge ignorance due to their inability to speak or understand our language....I have as of yet received a call from an english speaking person...I **** up when I can not understand them

Yeah.. I've been getting a call from this number for about a good week or so now. I am really tempted to just answer and shout [because they call early in the morning when I'm still sleeping]: Stop f-ing calling!! We have to work second shift and don't appreciate calls from you ******s! F off!I don't work second shift.. it just sounds like a good idea

This woman with a semi-spanish accent called and claimed that she could provide government grants. After resear****g on www.google.com, I found out that they were a scam group who gave me a Vegas address when i just saw a New Jersey connection. She dodged my questions by questioning the legitimacy of my financial need. That [expletive] had the nerve to transfer me to a supervisor. The supervisor did not even defend his company and told me that i would recieve a call later. How can a legitimate business be conducted at hours customer service is supposedly down until the hours between 9(AM) and 5(PM)?

I keep getting calls from 201-918-3041 and it makes no difference if I answer or I don't it still just ****s up. I tried to call back but all I get is the user at extension 689 is not available and the mailbox is full please try back. 6621

Reading these comments about the annoying calls for "grants", I recalled an email I received about grants. I did enter my phone number then closed the email. I did a search on this company and they have countless complaints. I do believe this may be the same company. I received the email through Arca Max. The conntact info I found was

I'm guessing this is a telemarketer of some sort...they have called me 10 times today, and I am completely sick of it!

If they would like their call answered they need to leave a message because I have no idea who this number belongs to and they call several times a day. Which is very upsetting!

They will call 6-9 times a day. They either **** up or they call back and tell me I have a grant they want to give me....I want to be taken off the list!

I have received two calls today, both before 9am.  My credit card number was stolen within the last week, so I wonder if this has anything to do with my card number?  I have not answered the calls, but it is getting annoying.

I too have been recieving these annoying phone calls....  After reading this fantastic site..  and had a little background about who was calling me, I answered their call...  I answered with "WHO IS THIS"  They said so****ing about obtaining grants...  and I said .. TAKE ME OFF OF THIS CALL LIST IMMEDIATELY!!!" and they replied.... Ok bye... and ***g up..  That was 10 minutes ago and they have not called back since...  I think that fixed it..  I will get back to you if the phone calls continue... Next time I will not be so nice...

receiving calls daily for about 5 days.  No one answers and when I return the call, I receive an automated message first in English then in Puerto Rican.  Can't I get this blocked?????????????????  They are wasting my minutes.

this number has been calling my cell for the last week, saying that they can give me a government grant they just need to have my name and address, etc.  I work for the government, and believe me, they do not call and tell you that they will give you free money.  they also know what your name and address are, so obviously, this is a scam.

this number called 4 times within an hour

This is the second number from New Jersey that has called. Both immediately disconnect when I try to answer it. And when I call back I get a Tri-tone. Someone is going to get hurt if this persists.

When I try to return a call to this number, I get what everyone must get about a VERIZON number cannot be completed as dialed.  Please check the number and try your call a***n.  I don't remember signing up for anything with this number, I wonder how long they will keep calling before they realize they are just being pains in the a**.

yes, i also get the same call from this number 1 201-918-3041. this is a real scam. they annoy people to call and call your number that you sign up for "reverse caller" site. it's how they get your money. it's a real scam. this company need to bee sued.

i have had the same problem and i also think this is a scam from reverse phone detective and if i had the money would sue them for harassment it is very annoying and costs me money on my cell phone bill.

My guess is this is a scam by reversephonedetective.com or some such pack of losers, trying to get people to pay to trace a number by having annoying people call you repeatedly.

i got 14 calls on dec. 26 from 8:40 a.m. tol almost 9:00 p.m. it is someone wanting to get me to apply for gov. grant money, i answered onnce and told them no then ***g up but they continue to call, and they s****ed a***n on dec. 27 at 8:30 a.m.

This phone number has called me four times in the past 10 hours.

the first time they called it was a recording, now no one says anything when I answer.

I have been getting calls from this number for days.  The most recent, 2 times today, December 26th, 2008.  It is very annoying.  As others have commented I've tried returning the call and get no answer or a message that the mailbox is full.  On Tuesday, December 23rd, I answered it when it rang, and got a people who were saying soming about "an opportunity from Goggle" which I found hard to believe.  I (not very nicely I must admit) told them to stop calling.  Obvioulsy, they must not understand plain language either!  This is very frustrating.

This number showed up on my WORK phone at 8pm on 12/23/08. No message.

When I returned the call, mailbox is full. I received 6 calls fromthis number, I will sue this company. The harrassment calls have justcost that company 5000.00. Others should do the same thing

Just s****ed getting calls from thisnumber this evening. I always look here to see if other folks have been bothered.  Needless to say, I didn't answer.  Everyone should get on the National Do-Not-Call list so they have a legit complaint when calls like this keep happening.Calls are arriving at about 10 minute intervals.
