I think it must be one person that is the freak-caller from that telemarketing company. I couldn't understand the freak either. Thick accent. I actually had the police in our city contact the number - and he entered my number in the do-not-call line - but the creep has been calling every day around dinner time...sometimes as often as 6 times in a row. This has been going on for the past 2 weeks.  So, the do-not-call line is not automated. The police officer recommended that I call the administration of that business and report the calls being made to me. I suggest that everyone do that - or, one an call our phone service provider and ask to have 201-918-3079 blocked.  Good luck everyone!  I'm just glad I didn't give my credit card number, and am glad I don't live near New Jersey and this creep.

Calls every hour on the hour.

They keep calling my number all hours of the night. I have to work I am going to disconnect my number because it is nonstop

I keep getting these calls all night long They call without saying anything. This has been going on for months I guess is because I was on the berries website. I just want it stopped. I am going to stop it by disconnectting my phone

The phone rings about three times, our ma****e picks up and they **** up. This has been going on for about two days, all day/evening. We are disconnecting our phone tonight, so we can get some sleep. It is terrible.

They call multiple times every day with noone on the other end. When you call it back, they give you a place to list your number to be removed but when you do it disconnects

I s****ed reciving calls yes****ay on my cell at 3PM and received a totasl of 6 ; the last one came in at 6:42pm. Today I have received 4 calls with the first one coming in at 7:10am. I call their number and was told by a recording to enter '2' if I wanted my number to be placed on their donot call list, which I did. However, I still received additional calls! I want this to STOP!!

I have received a total of 10 calls from this company within a 12 hour period s****ing yes****ay. I want it to STOP. Who the***** are these folks??? I filed a complaint with the FCC as my land line and cell are on the donot call list. They are calling me on my cell using up my minutes!!! STOP IT!!

I have had 5 calls yes****ay and 2 this morning...EARLY and they wont stop calling. This is totally ridiculous! STOP CALLING MY CELL PHONE! I want to know how they got my cell phone number in the first place.

I filled out a form for Acai Berry supplements, but when I read the fine print, I saw that I would be getting "automatic delivery" at an enormous cost of $80.00, so I decided not to fill out the rest, and deleted my information.Imagine how suprised I was when I got a phone call that very evening from a high-pressure saleswoman with an Indian Accent, trying to pressure me into trying the "free sample".They called back the next night, even though I insisted I was not interested.  This is a total rip off scam and if you want these supplements, you can get them much cheaper at a GNC or other herbal store!

I keep getting calls.. mostly in the evening and night... I work in an intensive care unit and this is getting rank... I googled the phone number and this is a company out of rochelle park nj in bergan county with the  name level 3 communications  I was able to reach a message and left the message that Im calling the police and giving them all of this information. the do not call list is a joke.. I called sprint and they couldnt block the call but took the number so they couldnt charge calls on my phone..... pleas report this to your phone carrier and do call your local police and report these *******s

I bought so****ing online last night from www.acaiburn.com and now I'm getting harrased by these people they call every 15min!!! I found another complaint online that talked about a weight loss pill company being connected to to this number. So I guess ***ody should buy or go to www.acaiburn.com to prevent this harrasment.

five separate times today, my phone rang and when I picked up...they ***g up. 0n the 5th ring, a recorded message (a woman's voice) said "we've checked your credit record and yours is excellent qualifying you to remortgage at a lower interest rate. She then directed me to key #4 for more information. This is as accurate as I can be since she spoke so fast.

This number rings into my land line several times a day for about a week now. There is never anybody on the line. I have tried to call it back and just get a recording that the call can not be completed as dialed.

Someone from New Jersey keeps calling me, but they are not always the same numbers (area code 201). Someone needs to figure out how to get this company or whomever it maybe to stop calling.

3-4 calls per day - using my minutes. No one there. All different times of day, but especially dinner times.

Someone from this phone number s****ed calling me about 3 weeks ago. These unauthorized calls come usually at very, very inconvenient times, during dinner, etc. in the evening. When I pick up the phone ***ody answers, but yet, my cell phone bill is already higher than the last month. This is very, very disturbing. I'm thinking to contact my attorney and maybe file a complaint with the federals about that, there must be so****ing that can be done. This is America after all, isn'it? If anyone knows a "paved way" to get rid of those terrible guys, please share. Thank you!

I was called 21 times on February 23, 2009 from 5:30 pm. Everytime I picked up the phone no one was there.

Called me 31 times between 1:00 and 8:00. Don't know who they are or what they are up to but it is definitely not solicitation - 31 times in 7 hours is harrasment.

they s****ed calling on the 20th (7 times), then the 21st (3 times), today they've just called 8 times in the last hour and a half. I've uet to pick up.

This number has been calling non stop. When I say non-stop I mean they call for 2 1/2 hours with 2-3 min intervals. We have req'd our number be removed from their list. That has not been done. The number they are calling is a landline. This is harrasment! They do not leave a message and when you answer, there's no one there.

Calls me everyday sometimes twice a day, I put the phone # on my reject list but it doesn't seem to work they still call.  Is there so****ing else I can do?

I also received two calls in a row from this number within 15 minutes.  I could barely understand the woman, but she was saying so****ing about calling me because of my interest in the acai berry online.  I told her I wasn't 18 and ***g up.

Continues to call my cell.  This is the second extension (phone number) from this company.  I have blocked one extension already.  Can't get them to stop calling and can't get anyone online.

Have received 17 calls in 48 hours from this number, called back from a land line and it asked to either speak to a representative or enter your number on their "do not call" list...I went ahead and entered my number, hope my cell bill doesn't get hit with a crazy charge or so****ing

I have my phone on vi***te...won't answer someone I don't recognize but concerned as they called twice within a 15 minute period.  Hope this won't be an ongoing issue.
