Has been harrassing us for a while now and My mother has copd and wakes her up at all hours of the day and as late as 11 30 PM

I just read the message from the person above me stating that the number is from acia berry.  That makes a lot of sense to me.  For the last two months I have been receiving charges on my ATM card for this product.  I purchased a bottle online in December.  They continued to charge me in February and March for this product at high fees.  I called them today and had them reverse the charges.  There were three different charges from this company on my account equaling ovewr $100.00, even though I only purchased it once in December. Be careful and check your ATM and charge cards if you have ever ordered this product.  I can't remember the name of the company as it is not listed on the statement.

This was the first of the calls from the 201 area code that keep calling me in January and February.

I already reported many times this number to "do not call registery complaint" and I just had a call from this guy with different number. The number is

They call and say nothing. I block them on my phone now. But they call to try to get you to buy Acia Berry. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. It is doubtful you will ever receive and they will have your credit card number. File a complaint with the Federal and State DO NOT CALL lists.

They call at least 4 times a day. I answered the phone once and actually talked to someone. I told them I wasn't interested and to please stop calling. They are still calling. When I try to call back, I get the same recording. Press 1 to speak with a Rep., Press 2 to be taken off our list. I've pressed 2 so many times, but they still keep calling. The number is long distance and they keep calling my cell phone. HELP!! Make them stop! I am on the Nat'l DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

I have had 18 calls from this number over the past 4 days. Initially they wouldn't speak. However, finally tonight a man spoke and told me he "wanted to tell me about his products". I didn't give him time to tell me what he was selling, but, from the past I believe it was Acia Berry. Ironically I was in process of filing the complaint and told him so. I told him not to call me a***n, I was on the "do not call" list and was formally requesting they take me off their solicitation and not call me a***n. We'll see if this works

Quit calling me. Call on my cell phone every day. Called the number back and got a voice recording saying they were sorry to miss my call. JUST STOP!

I get a call from this number about 4 times a day and if I don't know the number I don't answer at work. If they don't leave me a message, I won't call them back.

I also have been getting calls from this number leaving no message, when I finally got a call and was around to answer it, on my cell no less, I told the woman, heavily accented though she was, That I was NOT interested. I had visited their site months ago, but decided I was not interested! Had another call same #, same company, heavily accented caller of unknown gender, would NOT take NO for an answer, ***g up on caller. This needs to stop immediately! What a ridiculous company!
