How do we stop these Telemarketer???? Is Do Not Call. Gov Not working.......

calls and ****s up

I have been getting calls from this number on a daily basis for over 2 weeks now. Yes****ay, they called using a differemt 201 number. I believe this has to do with my ordering some "free" Pure Acai Berry supplement

when we answer they ****-up

I am getting called 3 times a day from this number.

Calls all hours of the day and ****s up.

caller rings once or twice, then ****s up without leaving a message. other websites say it's an acaiberry company.

Calls several times a day and when you answer there is no one there.

Bothersome phone call.

Everytime I answer they **** up and if I don't answer they don't leave a message.

I keep receiving **** up calls from this number.

Keeps ringing my phone; leaves no message; does not respond if I answer.

Caller calls 4 times a day and when I answer, there is no body there. Frustrating.

I've had 5 calls in the past 24 hours from this #; my phone rings twice then ****s up, I can't answer it - when I call the number I get the message "unable to identify the number" or "all circuits are busy now" - what is this???

Please log this number 201-918-4837 as annoying. This call came from a cell number. I'm sure it was a prank or telemarketer. If it was legitimate, they would have left a message.

In montana.  They pulled the same here,cancelled at once after overaqe,  overcharge of $80.00 had to get new card.  What a fraud.  Send all your contacts your story, don't be embarrassed, they took us all for a ride.

Caller ***g up before phone was answered, when I called the number back a recording reported all circuits were busy now.

Yea this place is a total scam do not deal with these people they will rob you of your hard earned dollars!!! I had to totaly cancel my card and get a new one. no lie!

I too ordered on line and I had to do it 2X  because the first order didn't process or so I thought. they charged me the $4.95 s & h 2x and a few days later they charged me about $80 I had to call and dispute it and have my credit card company send me new cards. now they keep calling and I don't know why. I will never do business with them a***n.

Got a call from these leeches too - didn't pick up but when I googled the number, I came across this page.... I guess they're trying to meet their month's end quotas.  I cancelled the day after I received it.

I have gotten a call that rings twice then ****s up, twice today. i called this place after my bf told me to read the fine print on their website...and sure enough it said they would charge $70 so****ing dollars every month. so i called to cancel...the guy didnt want to he kept trying to offer me a discount i said no just to cancel. i offered to send the pills back eh said no. i better not have a charge on my card now...

This number call me 3 times this morning.  When I tried to call back I got a very quick sounding busy signal.  I had the same experience with the acai berry.  I too had to c****e my credit card number after a very heated discussion with a representative about the so called free sample that ended up costing $79.00.

I ordered on line then found out how they take more out of your account I tried to cansell less the 5 min after ordering they would not let meso I hurried and called my bank. the only got be for $4.?? shipping the bank wont let anything els come out from that company. I've had 3 missed calls from this number since 8:30 this morning. It is now 11:00am. I don't answer calls from people I don't know or numbers I don't recognize. Of course, no messages were left. I did discover however, the last time this happened to me, the best way to stop the calling is to have someone of the opposite gender to yourself answer and say they have the wrong number.

acci berry calling for a follow up on why the wife returned the product. she read on yahoo how the free sample you receved was not free. your credit card was charged around $1oo.00. you had to call the company to get return shipment forms. you could not get thru to get them. she had to call her credit card co. and explain it to them. they sent her a new credit card. she also told this to her friend at work. the friend did not listen and she had the same results...

Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

Caller ID just had their telephone number.  Called twice so far.  Returned their product in plenty of time so no further shipments would be made and they would not charge my card.  They can call until the cows come home but I will not answer calls that are not caller identified.
