Calling me all day everyday 40+ times with no one on the other end but if I call it from my work phone $0.50 shows up on my phone display

I have been getting phone calls from this number claiming to be "dish network" service.  Have stopped answering the phone.

I keep getting calls from this number. Sometimes 10 to 15 minutes apart. No one is one the line when I pick up..Called the number back and put my number on the no call list..Just got another call from them...This is harassment andthere must be a way to stop them.

Received 21 calls the first day. Since then an average of 4 per day. They ask for "Mary" and after telling them there is no Mary, they go into their pitch. If a male answers, there fail to speak. It usually takes a female voice to get a response. This boiler room needs to be prosecuted.

Requested to be put on do not call list and they call even more.

Approx 7 days ago, I received 21 calls in one day and since that time have received an average of 4 calss per day. I have cursed at them to no avail.  When a male answers, they hesitate to talk. I had a female answer and they asked for a "Mary". When they were told there was no Mary, they went into a rehe****d sales pitch. The phone always rings a ****mum of 3 times. This is a form of terror and intimidation. The government will not intervene unless there is a threat of ****** harm. I entered my number on DoNotCAll.gov. Unfortunately, I have to wait 31 days for this to take effect. My patience has just about run out.

I also received the call several times a day for several days. I think this happened after I clicked on a facebook ad of teeth whitening and filled out my contact information.

Have been receiving approx 15 calls on average per day from this number.....Someone previously said it was Acai Berry....I believe that is true.

STOP calling me!!  This is the 10th time in ONE DAY!!!

Called this number back and got an automated answering service that allowed me to select an option to place my number on their do not call list. We'll see if that does the trick.

I called this company and spoke to someone with a thick accent with a totally american name(?) that I could barely understand. I asked to speak to a manager and he would not let me.  (what?! unable to speak to a manager at a business?) I then asked for a reference number for the call as he told me I could get money back. He had no reference number. I also asked for the address of the business which he didn't WANT to give me but did.  Who knows if it's correct!  My point is, a business caters to its customers, not hides everything. My opinion is that this company is not to be trusted.

I have gotten I can't tell you how many calls from this number on a daily basis. I just answered and it was a salesman for the Acai Berry pill/diet. I just looked back on my caller ID and since yes****ay morning they have called me 12 times. This has been going on for a week so if they call 12 times in a 24 hour time period you can only imagine how many times they have called....grrr

I just got a call from thte numbere and weent to google.com to see who it is. I found this website! I called the number back and it said press one if i want to talk to someone or press 2 to be placed on the do not call list and of course i pushed 2!

Between this number and an "unknown caller" they have been calling for about 3 days now, anywhere from every 15-45 minutes between 8am CT and after 7pm CT.  Rings about 3 times.  I've answered a few times before they **** up. Sometimes there is silence, and twice I've made contact.  One time they stated they were from national foundation.  I was too irritated to get anymore information.

I get these calls too, sometimes I answer sometimes I don't; they don't s******eee english too well, and my god talk about talking way too fast.  I finally got fed up about 6 calls today and called it back (now mind you I have already told them 'no') put my name on their 'do not call list' and not 10 minutes later THEY CALLED A***N!  I told them to take me off the list, do not call me ever a***n!

They call over and over a***n, They really need to stop calling.

I filled in my information inquiring on Acai berry about 3 weeks ago, for the first week after I did that: I recieved about 5 calls a day... haven't heard from them since... until today- ANOTHER PHONE CALL WITH NO-ONE THERE!Can you file harassment charges in cases like this?!

Won't stop calling.

I repeatedly redialed this number about 10 times and I think it effected their answering system. That seemed to stop the incoming calls.

Yea, it's the acai berry people. I tried to tell them that I'm a college student and NOT INTERESTED, but they keep calling.

I have received 8 phone calls from them this hour alone, they don't leave a message and I am wondering if it is taking minutes away from my cell plan?  Does anyone know?

I have been receiving calls from this number, as well as, 201-918-3071 and 201-918-3079 several times a day. Very irritating.

I FILLED THE INFORMATION FOR THE ACCAI BERRY FREE DRINK AND THIS IS THE RESULT. I GET CALLS FROM THIS AND OTHER NUMBERS THAT I DON'T RECOGNIZE.I AM GLAD THAT I DIDN'T GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER.SO FAR, I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH ANY THING ELSE EXCEPT THE PHONE CALLS.

For the last couple of months I have received several phone calls on a daily basis from this number.  As with the rest of you, no message is left and now they are ****ing up before the answering ma****e can connect. I know it is a cell phone from Jersey City but can get no other information.

I received 13 more calls from this number since my last post.

Called every 15 minutes.  Call back, asked if I want to be listed on their do not call list. I plug my number in, but they keep calling. Anyone have any idea why anyone would do this?  What can possibly be in it for them?

Rings about 3 times until you pick up the phone then they **** up. If you call back they do not EVER answer. Now I fear it is some sort of scam.
