They call my phone at least 3 times every day and let it ring only a few times and then **** up.

twice a day, seven days a week, this recorded message. It does not make a difference how many times you put your name on their do not call list, the computer keeps on calling. I work nights and it is like a day person being woke up at 3am each morning. I am considering getting a new phone number, which is difficult as my number is also my business number and it will cause problems to do so.

This number is from Google Money Tree and it is a scam being run on facebook.

This is another one from that stinking Acai Berry. So much for the "free trial"...you just buy yourself a whole lot of misery and disturbed sleep. Where is the FCC, DA, etc? If it were you or I calling like that they would have had a restraining order slapped on you yes****ay. Money talks!!

This number calls my 11 year old cell phone at least 6 times a day. I have answered and no one says anything on the line.

This number calls me every day and sometimes more than once. I called the number and got a choice to "press one for customer service or press two to be placed on their 'Do Not Call List'; I pressed two but the calls keep coming anyway.

I too ordered the Acaci Berry suplements on line and terminated a couple months ago. the past few weeks, this munber has been calling everyday...to include this morning ay 0830. They do everything everyone else talked about. How did we solve this problem...we just blocked the number. It was *60 for us (we have Comcast). If you are unsure of how to block the call, contact your phone provider. We are hoping this will stop the calls from this number.

Calls come in on my cell phone from this number. I am on the Do Not Call list. I have called back and asked that my number be removed from the call list, however, I seem to be getting even more calls now.

These people have called me over and over day and evening. I have used their "opt out" but the calls just increased. Now that I see the caller name I can say I did show interest in their product once, but someone from there tried to get my Credit card # over the phone and I canceled all communications. So****ing is not right here.

I have had the same thing happen to me. I order their product, sent it back during the free trial and now they won't leave me alone. I finally filed a complaint with the DNC today. I encourage everyone to do the same.

I cancelled this product during the free trial and now a month later these people are calling me over and over without any reason. They call all hours of the day and night. These people are making my life miserable! These people need to be stopped.

Hold, and it's just a new loop asking you to push 1 or 2 a***n for cust service or remove number. If you leave number for removal, it's never removed. Most annoying. Call several times a day.

Receive calls s****ing about 8:15 AM and ending around 9:00 PM.  I don't answer.  They just keep calling and calling.  How do we get them to stop?  Answering doesn't work, nor pressing 2.

When you call the number back it automatically drops you into a que that doesn't tell you the name of the company that they are calling from or any vital information. They have an option to add your number to the "do not contact" list, but my fear is by putting that number in their records, who are they going to sell it to???? They keep calling my cell phone, they don't give a company name or anything. Then you are put into a loop of a recorded message that doesn't stop and NO ONE ever picks up. 5 Calls in 2 days. I answered one and got ***g up on. These people scammed me out of $40 on this trial Acia Berry deal. I called right on time and still got charged. Had to cancel my card, and it took over 2 months to get $40 of the $85 total they charged!! Ridiculous.

This number 201-918-4913 has been calling my cell about 3 weeks, everyday. I know this is a long distance call and I never know this number so I did not pick up my cell phone. I reported on donotcall.gov 3 weeks ago but it still keeps calling me and never leave a single message. So it does not work at all even I registed with donotcall.gov???

I get a phone call from this number at least twice a day. I have answered once and no one was there. Sometimes it only rings twice and I don't answer it in time.

Annoying and su****ious calls coming from this NJ number.  Never answered them.  Decided to find out who owns the number and Voila!  It seems I am not alone!  Same story.  Acai, blah blah, Cleanse, blah blah, returns ... fortunately on time.  Otherwise I would surely have ended up with similar problems with $$, bank acounts, etc.  There's GOT to be a connection.

i've been receiving the calls as well. just s****ed yes****ay. it shows as a new jersey number. when i called it back, it said it was "customer service" but not for whom. had 3 options: hold, disconnect or place your number on do not call list. another company from florida used to do this as well. many said that the do not call list seemed to simply verify it was a valid number and the calls got worse. i simply block the number on my phone and be done with it.

I was outraged and called the company back to get my refund.. The first time I called they lied and said they would refund my money.. I agree with poli*** - no problem if you call back within the time you're supposed to (which is in the very small print).  I ordered both the Acai Berry supplement and the Colon Cleanse supplement.  I called back on time to cancel the Acai deal, and no problems (except these phone calls).  I called back one day late on the Colon deal and it was a nightmare to deal with it.  But I got all my money back by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Florida (where the Colon deal is registered) as well as a complaint with the Florida Attorney General (both complaints can be completed online).  I got a full refund for the Colon deal.

For your information, the calls are being dialed from a US number but the company itself is an international company. The reason I know this becasue I had a 15 cent charge on my statement, when I called the bank, they said it was for a charge to the Acai Berry Company and they were an international company and the company charges the 15 cent fee. I didn't see anywhere where they were supposed to charge this. When I called to cancel the subscription, for 4 days in a row, I got "our systems are down, you will have to call back in a little while" I never got beyond that point. So I closed my Credit Card and Had a new one issued.

I have been receiving calls from this number also.  I have been ignoring it until this morning when I answered and I heard a click and then soft music.  I listened for a few moments and ***g up.  I had ordered the Acai Berry free trial along with the Colon Cleanse trial.  I read the packaging very carefully and sent back the unused pills for the Acai Berry. The free trial is only for two weeks and you have to mail them back the remaining pills or your credit card will be charged.

Well, me too!!!  I ordered those Acai Berry Pills AND the Power Flush 500 pills and I got scammed on both!  Horrible people out there.  Well, I sent a complaint form to my state's attorney general.  We need to fight these smart idiots!

I am a foreigner living temporarily in your country as a diplomat in D.C.It is pathetic where the U.S. has reached in terms of human decency and good behavior. All these calls which are a phenomenon of the U.S. only, originate from an auto dialer programmed by some very croocked people which are out to get those of you called "a ****er is born every minute". Wake up you nice people and fight this disturbance of your life, otherwise you will follow many nations in history which forget the saying "when a nation loses its good manners, it goes down the drain".

I have been recieving calls from this number for the last week aroun 1pm and 2pm in the afternoon each time. The phone never rings the full length and I have never tried to answer. I see that someone had said so****ing about the acai berries which I had ordered the free trial and ended up getting scammed out of some money for that.

I have received phone calls from this number every day for 3 months.  Usually more than 1 time per day.  They state they are Advanced Wellness Research.  I don't believe they are, however, my credit card was frauded by that company and I believe all of this is tied together.  GIVE THEM NO INFORMATION.

I am getting several calls from this company also. I recently registered a business name and purchased a business license so I****ume that is how they got my number. Other than that, nothing has c****e for them to get my number. Hopefully someone from this company will read these messages one day and know that this is annoying! They have been calling me about 20 times a day. They say to press 1 to speak with a representative, 2 to place your number on the "do not call" list, and 3 to **** up. I have tried all these, but they still keep calling me. What can I do?

Hi everyone I have been called the last week 30 times from this number 973-297-2099 and now they are the same people calling me with this number 1-201-918-4913 and I yelled the***** out at them to stop calling me. I have blocked them from calling me and so now they c****ed numbers. But why call and bother someone for nothing, these people are not human. I have also found that this person who is calling is using a cellphone out of the id says New Jersey Jersey City. I reported them to the police all ready and will work with the FBI next. Take Care.

i live in southern California and have received multiple phone calls from this number to my cell phone. i s****ed locking the numbers so they wouldn't get deleted in case i would need to file a harassment case. On March 17th I received 6 phone calls between the hours of 5:45pm and 7:23pm. That's a phone call every 30 minutes. On March 21st I received 8 phone calls from 201-918-4913 between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:32pm. Finally on March 23rd I received 3 phone calls from them between the hours of 6:43pm to 7:27pm. The third call I answered and asked with whom I was speaking to. A gentleman identified himself as Mark Lopez and I couldn't understand what company he was calling from. I told him that if they called my number one more time I would file a harassment case a***nst them. We'll see if that puts an end to this.

No clue who this place is. I recognized the lady's voice from a telemarketing call on a different number they called from. Now, they strictly call from this number or so it seems.Normally I'm one to answer them and find out the details, but most telemarketers don't listen to you almost no matter how many times you say no. I work as a telemarketer myself and have for years and don't follow those ethics since it's poor business. EST where I am. Since this morning after 10 A.M., they have called 5 times on the original number they used, and 9 times on this number. So 14 times in 4 hours. That's very extreme. I'm****uming their call list is low or running out. Either way, that's not right.
