Keep Getting Prank calls

This number keeps calling multiple times a day.  I answered once before and they said nothing.  Now I just ignore it.

Continuously calls and leaves no message.

yah they kept calling me non stop.  u pick up and the cell phone goes dead.  u call back.  option 1 "talk to someone"  it always says lines r busy, BUT im sure this voicemail is a fake.  They have no intention for you to contact them.   2nd option is to place on their DOC (do not call) list.  and 3rd is to "STOP" the message or so****ing  LOLAfter them calling me all day i randomly receive RESTRICTED call.  This is RLY getting annoying.  ive never had issues with anything like this before.

They call constantly, several times a day even and when I pick up, its silent than they **** up. When I try calling back its rings and gives me a busy signal
