Received a call from Washington , D. C, person states that I could receive a $9,000 grant from the Federal Govt that does not have to be repaid, but I have to pay a $250.00 registration fee which would be refunded back to me. I am to go to Walmart and call them back on the line for further instructions.

They asked to purchase an eBay gift card worth $250 in order to activate the program. WHY EBAY GIFT CARD?

Someone said that I just received $9,000 4 from a government grant and I just had to put down $250 for the registration for the registration fee is that true

Scamming people saying they were selected to collect 9K and that they work for the government They want you to pay to receive money etc
