That his name is Roger and he is a federal agent with Bldg #4 ???? Threatening with legal action

IRS agents when they call are supposed to give their name & badge # in clear english & do not negotiate criminal cases over the telephone. Caller did not know I was a tax accountant when he cited IRC 501 which has nothing to do with personal income taxes. He was evasive & kept threatening to sent the police to my doorsteps. I told him may sure you sent cops speak english better than you. Few minutes later a woman with worst english than him called threatening to have me arrested in 72 hrs. If I don't comply. They sounded just like the Wal-Mart Gift Card scammers

My first call was he was from dell and needed to repair my computer so please log in and put in code.... I ***g up. He called back several times over the next few weeks from different tele # different name Paul John, etc... The next call was I being arrested for tax fraud and he "was a real" IRS agent, I cannot ignore this warning. This last call was from Richard regarding a grant I submitted.

Received the following message: " the office of Heidi Smith calling you from crime investigation Department. The reason off this message is inform you regarding your case file which has been placed a***nst your name and your physical address."

Got a call from this number today, said I was going to be arrested for tax fraud, but could pay $1,758 in fines and show my last four years tax forms to agents that were going to come to my house. Says his name is Office Mike Anderson. I called my local police department and filed a report. They were going to send it on to the IRS.

Husband called all this morning and scammer would **** up. Eventually said we were breaking tax laws but to wait for a call from his supervisor. All this without asking hubby's name, lol. Scam scam scam.

I received no less than 15 followup calls from a man after I cussed him out for his scam. Asked him if his momma knew what he does for a living. He wanted me to tell him about my ****s. Each call got more and more explicit about what he wanted to do with me. I had some fun with him for several calls but finally grew bored with it all and told him he was a "pencil-**** ***** f**ka." He called back 6-7 more times and I would pick up the call but not talk so he grew bored and has now gone away. They also use several different phone numbers with bogus area code 777.

Yep, got the same schtick as below. I kept asking to speak to an American so to understand what is going on. Creep called back 3 times . Third call he tells me he loved me and wanted to marry me. Click! He called back a 4th time and husband ripped him a new one but the Creep still insisted he loved me and was going to marry me. They were still arguing on the phone when the Sheriff arrived. Sheriff called the number from our phone...no answer. He called from his cell and just got a long beep...so that means the Creep is c****ing his number. Totally a scam. Yet still unnerving!

Otherwise I will be arrested. His accent like India it's seem like scam and I **** up. The amazing thing after few min a got call from 703 # which is Prince William court police department and they told me sherif will on the way. I **** up and I call same # the police department answered I ask them if they call me ,. They said "no" I told them the # I call In my caller I'd. They said it's scam and they are on investigation ....so becarfull

They left message on my parents' home number where I have not resided since 2002. Told me police were coming to my address to arrest me. SCAM! Called them back and told them Department of Justice was coming for them for fraud.

i just received a call from this number saying there was an arrest warrant issued to my phone number and physical address for fraud a***nst the IRS. ***?? hahahaha - i knew it was a scam - the guy on the other end was obviously calling from India

Someone called us from this number claiming to be the IRS and gave us their names as John Smith and Mike Doe.
