Calls at unusual hours and leaves no message

Calls twice a day for past 2 months. I used to give 10 bucks twice a year or so with their regular mail requests. They since s**** calling asking me to mail out to 15 neighbors. The whole pestering MOD calls and lack of respect for privacy has basically lost me as a contributor in any capacity.

I tried to press option "3" but nothing happens.  The prompt only mentions option "`1"

I was sick and tired of all the MOD calls also, so I called the number back, and if you press option "3" they state they will remove whichever number you type in from their call list. Here's hoping it works! The number was 202-243-7449

Calls twice a day anywhere from 8:30 in morning to 9:30 at night.

Yep.  March of Dimes.  We've been getting a slew of calls all showing up as MOD on the Caller ID with numbers from many different area codes.  Their national fund-raising effort is going on right now.  I'm considering donating by taking a dump in box and mailing it to them.  I'm just wondering if it's MOD that's managing the outgoing call center or did they farm it out to someone else?

I called back the number, pressed "1" and learned that MOD was (supposedly) for the March Of Dimes.  Of course, they could claim anything.  It does make some sense, since I just got a mailing from them with "free" address labels and a personalized note pad.

No Caller ID.  I have been receiving more calls than usual from different cities since the Robocall ban went into effect.  All I can do is not answer when I check the caller ID and then block the number on my phone.

Who?

Calling daily with MOD as name.  Leaves no message.  Most annoying and wish they'd stop the calls.
