Left message on auto answering ma****e:  gave certain number for me to call about receiving my share ($2500 free and clear forever) of the stimulus package.  Must call immediately.  Must call them--the only way to collect my share. Warned that I would receive no further call--some technicalitiy of stimulus package rules.  So I MUST CALL THEM IMMEDIATELY. It is clear to me that this is a fraudulent call.  But it may not be evident to persons with illness, acute $$-problems, trusting souls, lack of sufficient education, ***** or otherwise incapacitated.  I WISH THIS COULD BE STOPPED; THAT THE PERPETRATORS OF THIS SCAM BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE FOR ALL THE DAMAGE THEY ARE IN ALL PROBABILITY DOING TO INNOCENT PEOPLE (AND PERHAPS IN SOME CASES, GUILTY OF ONE THING OR ANOTHER).

Called saying the government was releasing stimulus money this week and to claim my $2500 I had to log in to myfedmoney.com ASAP as it was first come first served.

Same call, stimulus money - 2500.00, just log on to myfedmoney.com....didn't log on, afraid of scams, viruses etc...

Got the same call from Alan Friedman as a recorded message.  Tried to check it out through snopes.com but got nothing.  Glad someone else is getting this and not just me.  I'm in the Portland, OR area and I'm supposed to be on the "do not call" list.  Guess that doesn't work well either. Also glad I checked this out before going to the website.  Never know if they could be "iden***y thieves".  Thanks.

The government would never do a mass calling letting people know a first-come, first-served money give-away was open...

Got a call telling me the government was giving out $2500 in a stimulus package to go to www.myfedmoney.com for more info.  The web site is selling a CD and doesn't look like a stimulus package at all. I see SCAM all over it.

just recived a call from 1-202-280-2393 about the new free money and knewit was a scam - my phone number is non-published so it had to be someonejust doing random dialing

Same as Sugarpooh1.  just called and said that we could get $2500 that does not have to be repaid. Said this was part of the second part of the stimulous program it was being given in this area. Log on to www.myfedmoney.com They also tell you it is first Come bases.  I didn't go to the website. I am****uming it is a scam.

same information and then they want to have you pay shipping so that means your credit card information. SCAM - I am so tired of all these calls just scamming individuals.  Please leave us alone

I got this call today but when I answered there was no one on the other line. It sounded like it was a recorded message of some kind, or would have been had it worked. I just ***g up after no one answered for about 5 or 6 seconds.

Got this same phone call today. I went to check out the website and found alot of different sites to go to.I figure it is a scam. Just don't understand what people get out of doing things like that especially when that person can really use the money.

Just got this phone call, yes it is a scam, it looks like one. Why would the government call your phone. If they were to do this it would be on the news and Obama probably would say so****ing about and we would probably get the money mailed or direct deposited. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Got this call today.  Same message,  Went to website found all these different messages.  Probably a scam.  But don't know for sure, just afraid to try anything.

Just received same exact call as Iola Charlene only thing it was 'myfedmoney.com'. If a number comes up and I don't know it, I don't answer, simple as that.  But I do agree if that was the case, it would have been on the media already.

THIS IS THE BEST I CAN DO I AM ALMOST 76 YEARS OLD,SO I AM INSLINED TO FORGET THINGS.

I recieved a calling stating the my local govner was going to get some money this week in a stimulus package and that I could get some by going to the web myfedmoney.com  It also stated that the money was on a first come first serve.

claims a part of the stiulus package is available ($25) just log on tomyfedmoney.com.  First come, first serve.  Very hesitant to log on.  couldbe a virus, etc.

Called my cell and left a recorded message claiming to be able to give me grant money, directed me to mygrantfunds.com
