Got this call, never answer unknown phone calls, but would like to knowhow to prevent

Received the call this afternoon on my cell phone.  Women speaking spanish.  I am on the Do No Call list for both home phone and cell phone

Got the call today, my wife a few days ago. Same thing ,spanish, mexico.

the person called my jersey cell, left a static message, maybe it was an alien trying to make contact :) will be ignoring it.

didn't pick up, they left no message....i just left it at that.  i don't plan on calling back.

its the NSA or the CIA or somebody like that.  when you get on the phone and say stuff like mosque/ 9-11/ blah blah then they call for who knows what reason... or is some jack*** fishing for working phone numbers so they can scam you...

They called - didn't answer. No voice mail.

I called the number back and it said the number was unallocated.I missed the call when it came in, and no one left a voicemail.

I didn't pick up.  Caller left voicemail that only contained static noise in the background.

Woman speaking in Spanish. So****ing about Mexico. I didn't follow much more.

I got a call from this number and was told that since I had told the local Obama supporters that I told them I was not voting for him, they were calling me to convince me to support him!

This is weird.  I got the same thing.  ***ody said anything.  I called them back and ***ody answered.

Called but didn't say anything...kinda sketch.
