Keep getting calls from a number which only appears as +1188 on my mobile.  I dont answer them, but they ring me about 20 times a day and its getting bryond funny now.  Does anyone know who they are?

My call, with the same number, said Dist of Colombia, not Columbia...........

They called at 5:27PM no one on the line then they either ***g up or it's a ma****e.  When I called it back I got nothing, no ring just dead air.

Answered and got a jive fake response of " the homeless american veterans".Total crock.Try a***n buddie.

They call and don't tell who they are.

same thing they called today and didnt leave a message. I tried to callback but no response. is this some gvnmt agency or so****ing? I paid all my taxes and I don t know anyone from DC.

When they called me they didnt say anything. So when I called them back it said that the number had been disconnected. IS there a way where we can turn them in?

They call at all hours and don't leave a message. I'm on the do not call list. When trying to call them, phone doesn't even ring. What kind of rip off organization is this.

first clue: caller ID is spelled wrong . . .dist of colombia instead of dist of columbia

Called at 6:30 and I could hear someone breathing on the other end.  The person didn't say anything and I ***g up.

Answered after one ring.  No one there.  Tried to call back.  No ring.

Received call -- answered after one ring.  No one on line.  "District of Columbia" in caller ID

Called at least twice.No response.Wonderif it is a computer dialing system.Seems random !!

They call every few days. We pick up but no one ever responds. They never leave messages. When we tried calling back from cell the line ***g up right away, when we tried from land line there was silence.

Couple calls from this number. Roommate answered the phone today...A Sunday!!! Wouldn't give her any info. Said they'd call at another time! Who is this???

NO MESSAGE AND I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE CALLER,SO THEY MIGHT AS WELL QUIT WASTING MY TIME AND THERES. I DONT INTEND ON CALLING A WORTHLESS CALLER.

I just received the same form Dstrict of Columbia and i answered it and they ***g up on me

They call, then **** up.  Won't leave a message either.  When I called back to see what they wanted, so****ing or someone picks up, but doesn't speak.This **** needs to stop for all of us.Thanks.

I just received a call from this number "District of Columbia" on caller ID and I didn't pick up either.  10/27/09 8:02 p.m.  If anyone does pick up their call let us know...who are they. thanks
