collection department
you can pay all our bills missy, you sound as snotty as a debit collector
Its a collection agency typically affiliated with PayPal or eBay. Pay your bill and they will stop calling. If its an error (which it RARELY is), call an attorney and dispute the charge.
Yeah its IC Systems. They sent me letter awhile back about paypal saying I owe them $300... Well turns out they didnt **** up this time and they said I owed it to them and I just simply said, ok if you can prove it, then I will pay it but the guy said I actually didnt have anything showing up that I owed anything and that he was sorry they were bothering me. Few months later they are calling a***n...
really, that last idea sounds like someone has been ***** blogging or maybe just a ******. I don't owe these guys sh** so I am going after them thats if my wife don't owe anything

here is how we do this next time they call go over to craigslist and post a ad with their phone number spelled out in the subject of the post liketwozerotwothreesixsevenninetwo87 call MEif we get enought ads out their thousands of guys will call them all day long and therefore they will be forced to be shut downWHO IS WITH ME
Yeah, they have been calling me too, but I don't get why anyone gets all ****y, I mean it's a phone call, don't answer it if you don't want to, c****e your number if you are gonna have a ******. Me, I just keep calling them, initially it's the same recording saying, "please hold we have an important call for you." Then when the operator answers, they say, "IC systems, how can I help you," I tell them, "Oh, I have a real important call, can you hold?" Then I just put it on mute and ****!
Calls Constantly, ****s up when I answer. Getting very annoyed here...
I keep getting this call, but they always disconnect when they try to transfer me to someone to discuss "an important personal matter." I believe it is eBay trying to collect the $1700 I owe in seller's fees. I refuse to pay until PayPal releases the $15,000 they have decided to randomly hold for 6 months. www.paypal****s.com
they also call me 4 to 5 times a day even at night
same number calls me i tell them to go get ^&!% everytime I dont owe e-bay if they keep calling me i am going to report it to the local police IC SYSTEMS BETTER FIGURE THIS OUT BEFORE THEY CALL SOME ONE WHO DONT OWE A DIME TO E-BAY
Calls 5-6 times a day, even on Sunday.
Yep...I f***d Ebay for over $6K and answeared this call...it wasn't nice what I have said:) The guy just freaked out. :)
Found this online - per Fair Debt, you can essentially keep them from calling at all:Writing a debt collection dispute letter is the first line of defense a***nst a debt collector. Make them prove that the debt is legitimate before you do anything. Just because they have your name doesn’t mean the debt is legitimate. If you don’t remember it or you remember paying it off, a dispute letter can help you resolve it quickly.Once you know who is calling you and what they are likely to do, it’s time to push back with a properly worded dispute letter. Why? First, it’s fully within your rights to have the debt validated.Second, many collectors try to add on fees, inflate the amount owed through interest, or otherwise get a little extra for their trouble. For folks terrified of your credit score, immediately paying a collector can earn you a big *** “paid collection” on your credit reports, which will tank your credit score just like an “unpaid collection” will.If collectors can allege that you owe money, they should be able to prove it. Most people would laugh at the concept of paying a random stranger who asks for money, but somehow paying a random voice on the phone demanding money or letter makes sense. Instead of buying into such insanity, demand to see a bill or do***entation of the debt.Under Federal law, a dispute and validation request requires the collector to cease calling and obtain and send validation from the original creditor to you the consumer. Ceasing collection efforts properly would require putting all efforts on hold: phone calls, letters, credit reporting, etc. This doesn’t always happen, and when the collector fails to do so, they owe you money for each violation. What does a debt validation letter need? No need to get fancy: * Name * Date * I dispute, please Validate * Do not sign the letter * Send it via certified mailPretty simple, right? Some may wonder why you don’t sign the letter. Some debt collectors might be tempted to do some Xerox magic and transfer your signature onto some other do***entation where it previously was not. Furthermore, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) doesn’t require a signature, so why bother? If you don’t want the collectors to call your place of employment add: “My employer does not permit calls at work or just tell them not to call you at work.”Alternatively, if you don’t want them to call your house or at all, just add that “all phone calls are inconvenient.” Why inconvenient? The FDCPA prohibits calls to places or times that the consumer deems inconvenient. Just state that calls to your cell phone or house or all calls are inconvenient, unless you like getting debt collection calls.
This is actually a form of harrassment if anyone is in law enforcement or have a lawyer if they refuse to talk or disconnect upon answering and keep calling back they can be sued. You can also file a complaint with EBAY them selves about their collection practices.
They call all **** day. I answered andthey ***g up. They never leave a message. I dont owe anyone (I don't think) credit fraud is big. I am trying to se if someone used my I.D. ****hey never say anything. The idiots they can call all day, I blocked their number.
called this morning 4 times. finally answered and they said, "good morning" and ***g up on me.
In the United States, it is ILLEGAL for them to call you work after you've advised them not too. Might be time to get a lawyer.
Called me at my work cell, then my work phone - both Law Enforcement. I told them not to call work, gave them my home phone (VOIP) and ***g up. By the way, they have NOT called the home number at all - idiots!
IC SySTEM 202-367-9287 This number calls me 5 or more times daily. I finally got very angry and answered.
This is IC Systems. They will call you 4-5 times every weekday for several months. They do this to annoy you. If you get annoyed, they have succeeded. They are debt collectors of the first rank. The telephone answering device sold by http://truecall.co.uk/ is very effective in blocking IC Systems. I got a prototype of their USA version. The only other effective measure is to c****e your number and keep the new number close. (But then they will s**** calling family, friends, and especially your work.)
i will file a complaint with the police for harrasment if these people dont stop calling my phone. i have a prepaid cell and this is messed up this number calling me constant...
THIS NUMBER HAS ALSO BEEN RINGING ME CONSTANTLY, FINALLY I ANSWERED BY SAYING A FAKE TOWN NAME FOLLOWED BY POLICE DEPARTMENT. THEY ***G UP AND HAVE NEVER CALLED AGFAIN
IC System... I think they are someone contracted out as a collector from EBAY. I owe them like $25 and they call a good 4 to 5 times daily....
This number calls me 5 or more times daily. I finally got very angry and answered. It was a recording that said, please hold for an important call. Then a guy with a foreign accent, said, we would like to talk to you about an important business matter. I asked him if someone had died because of the amount of times they keep calling and should I be concerned! Then I heard a click. They have already s****ed calling a***n this morning..... *%&$! WHO is this and how do I get them to stop calling?? I guess I can keep asking what the emergency is? ^__~
This number calls daily and leaves no message. Who is this?
