Caller left no message, so I googled the number and it appears many people are being called by this unidentified company. I don't know anyone in area code 202!!!!

Call from IC Systems, apparently a debt collector. I have had the phone number over 2 years and the prior subscriber was a deadbeat, with a hospital bill. I had info on the deadbeat including a new phone number (he was calling to find out if/when someone got his old phone number) and shared what I knew in the past with collectors, but, some were so rude to me that I quit, and since have forgotten the number. I don't try to help them any more, just watch the caller ID and switch on a long answer ma****e greeting just to wear them out.

This number calls many times aday, leaves no messages and when i call back they answer " IC cystems". I have no medical debt whatsoever, so why they are calling I dont know. When i call back and they answer, they act like they dont know who called me or why.

This is a debt collector called IC systems. They called me and said I owe a debt for a medical bill. Which I do. But the guy from IC was very rude. He said I had to pay the balance by jan 17th, but the thing is he called me on the 15th of jan. He gave me 2 days to have my debt paid in full. I told him "that is ridiculous" and he'll be lucky to get $5. He then tells me to borrow the money, to do my taxes and use that, or to go get it from a church. At this time I am ****ed and want to ****up. Then he tells me it will go on my credit if I don't pay by the 17th. I've worked hard to get my score up to par. So as I argue with him I negotiated to pay half now and half in a month. I ****up an then call the hospital. The hospital verified that IC Systems is the debt collector. So I will pay. This company is ridiculous though cause I still get phone calls all the time. Just make sure you check with the original people you owe money to, to clarify. Do your homework and don't pay unless you do have verification. This company is ridiculous and I hope I never deal with them a***n....

My Parents are getting calls from this number...up to 10 times daily, they don't speak English... and this agency keeps calling, without an agent that speaks Spanish.... my parents feel harassed... these people never ask for anyone, yet they keep calling and calling, and driving my parents insane....I live out of town, and fortunately for this agency am not able to answer the calls....This agency does not claim anything, they just keep calling!!! someone please help????  who are these people??? can I file a police report in their city and state??

They call everyday, several times a day s****ing at 7am and as late as 10 PM Monday through Sunday. They never leave a message and I refuse to answer!!! Theyve also s****ing calling my jobs main line and when we answer no one is on the other line!

Has called everday day for the last few weeks. Would never leave a message. I finally answered and was asked to confirm who I was and would never directly answer any questions that I asked of her. She asked about a previous address...gave my daughters name...and still refused to tell me what she needed to discuss. I refused to acknowledge anything and she abruptly and rudely ended the call.

Every morning at 8:00am & 11:00am - Every afternoon at 1:00pm and every evening sometime after 9pm I get a phone call from these people.  When my mother answered the phone, they asked for me (I wasn't home) and they asked for my husband (that I've not had for over 22 years and is now dead (for real).  She said they were extremely rude so she ***g up on them.  They leave NO message so I have no idea why they are calling.

they are a medical debt collections agency...so i found out after 10 minutes of me asking them to identify themselves.  All he said when i answered was "can i get a credit card number to make a payment?" and refused to identify who he was calling for or anything.  Then he lectured me for 5 minutes about whether or not my parents ever taught me that credit was important!!! he then asked me "do you value your credit?" and my response was "do you value your integrity?" and then i ***g up how rude! And the debt he was calling about was paid in full over a year ago!

They never leave a message, and I spent more than 10 minutes on hold when I dialed back, while an automated system thanked me for my patience and****ured me that an operator would be with me shortly. Apparently it is IC Systems, a collection agency, looking to collect a medical debt. They will never leave a message and if you call back they will try to get information from you. Keep track of when they call you. Insert the dates and times in this letter and mail it certifed letter to them. They will leave you alone for about 4 months. After you send them a few of these letters, they will leave you alone, if not, you have grounds for legal action. Keep ALL copies of letters sent to them and MAKE SURE you are very detailed about times, etc. They will call you from different cell phone numbers. This is IC systems a debt collection company. they collect medical debt. they are rude and only want to hear the sound of your voice giving them a credit or bank account number. I called them to tell them to stop calling me and they admitted to me that they have called my cell phone 157 times. They are crazy!!

My friend was called by this number asking for a credit card number. She asked them to please speak slowly (because English is her second language) and they did not slow down. The only thing she understood was that they wanted her credit card number and told her that she had to make a payment. I tried calling the company for her to ask what the payment was for but they would not release any information to me without her permission. Well, by the time she was able to try calling them and I had called the company once a***n (she never got through to them) they were "closed." The whole situation sounded fishy and made me think that they were trying to charge her for a fake payment (basically to take money from her) and they took advantage of her. From what I have experienced this is a bad company. Do NOT give personal information to them, especially if they refuse to provide reasons why they are calling and for what they are charging you.Bad bad bad experience. For those of you reading this, be careful.

This company calls my work number several times per week requesting a credit card payment. They have been advised to stop calling me at work but continue. I have advised them that I will not deal with a third party collector & will pay a outstanding debt directly if valid. They will not provide specific information other than a date of service. They are calling on an xray that should have been paid for by insurance.I have advised both the Dr. Office and hospital that I have withdrawn my informed consent to share any personal information with a third party outside of the principle office for any purpose other than next of kin ***** contact.

You can't really put yourself on a no call list for a collection agency though.  They aren't telemarketers, they have full right to contact you due to the debt you owe.  Trust me, I've tried it before.  But yes they are a debt collection agency, after they called me I called the person they were collecting the debt for just to confirm they were legit!

You can file a complaint with your state Atorney General's office. Be sure to give them the number that and company that calls you. I filed my complaint under telemarketing scams. Good luck.

This number was on my caller id. I called it back and they would not give me any information. They wanted my phone number before they would tell me anything. I refused to give it to them. The man got quite irritated. I told him no thank you to whatever he was wanting and ***g up.

This is a debt collector number, however I do not have any debt beyond my student loans (which I make regular payments on). I answered and got an automated voice telling me to call a 1-800 number. I call the number and I am told I have a balance with IC Debt Systems of $122.14. I ask who is making the claim. The operator refused to disclose that information. I asked if there was any way I could get a paper statement to verify the legitimacy of the debt. The operator referred me to a website which I go to and it attempted to install key-****** tracking software on my computer. If I have a legitimate debt with someone, I am glad to comply - but this feels more and more like a scam to me.

A Sylvia Detrex called from IC System on Dec 2, 2008 and said I owed a balance of $35 on a medical bill. They had all my personal info-date of service, etc. I said send me a copy of a bill via snail mail, e-mail or fax& if legit, I'll pay. She refused. When I kept insisting she said non payment would ruin my credit score, and just before she ***g up she said I should "pay my bill and grow up!" My research with the medicalproviders indicates I do not owe anything. She told me their address was PO Box 64886, St Paul, MN 55164

Receive 4 to 5 calls from this number every day. Very annoying and I would like their calls stopped. I do not answer the cellphone if I do not know or recognize the number calling.

Keeps calling. No matter how many times I **** up, they will call another 4-5 times. Keeps saying I have a debt with someone, and they have my SS#. I don't know who these folks are, but they are quite annoying!

I get about 10 calls a day from this number.  Haven't answered it, since I know no one in the DC area, but next time they call I will answer it!

Set your voice mail number to their number then when they call you they actually call themselves when you do not answer.

Advertisers. Somehow, some way, probably recently, you filled out information of yours online and your # is now in the hands of an advertising pool. You can probably wipe yourself off the list, but you have to back-track to where you provided the information.
