I just returned a call from that number and the gentleman told me that it was for Anna Sullivan.  Not only have I had this number for over 3 yrs., I am not Anna Sullivan.  They told me they would remove the number, we will see.  From past experiences with people having had this number in the past, I will probably recieve calls from different phone numbers from the same company for years to come.

they called my grandmother asking for my mother and claimed they were doctors when i called them and demanded for a release of the recording they said they did not have to i asked to speak with the manager and they said that they dont have to let me.

This number has been calling me all day long, 4 times so far... two times I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message so I called the number back... they're looking for someone I don't even know and I stated to them I didn't know the person and to remove my phone number... they were incredibly rude, almost to the point of yelling at me... they continued to say my phone number will be removed within 24-48 hours and I shouldn't receive any more calls... we shall see.

This number has s****ed calling 4-5 times a day and won't leave a message when my answering ma****e.  The calls s**** at 8:30 and continues throught out the day.

Calls several times a day-all week, 7 days, but never leaves message on answering ma****e. I don't know if there is some law or so****ing but others like GE DO leave a message. It is very frustrating and annoying!Does anyone know if debt collectors are required to leave a message AND if the are supposed to call Monday thru Friday and only from 8AM to 9PM? I can not seem to get clarification on this. Also, if it is a business is it not REQUIRED that their name show up on caller ID? Curious to know these answers. TIA And, it it is Dell, missed 1 pmt and just paid it.

It's IC Systems - which is in fact a collection agency for Dell.  Don't owe them money, and they won't call  :)

The company's name is I C Systems, Inc. Their street mailing address is 444 highway 96 East St. Paul, Mn 55127. Phone number 1-800-279-3511.Apparently, they are a collection agency for Dell. They have contacted my phone number 2 times, looking for someone that does not live here. I have advised them of this, and they continue to call. I was able to get a mailing address from the second caller. She initially refused to give me the address, since if I send them a cease and desist letter, they are forced by law to stop calling. I called the number on my caller ID back, which of course was 202-367-9845. The same female answered. Strange, but the 202 area code is from Wshington, D.C., not St. Paul, Minnesota. After placing me on hold, the female came back to give me an address of:P.O. Box 64886 St. Paul, Minnesota 55164.Guess I'll cover my bases, and send a letter to both address, since I suspect the P.O. box address is bogus. Then they can't say they didn't get it.

I receive at least five to six calls through out the day no answer it costing me on my cell phone even when i don't answer it gets annoying for the past three weeks it's been like that i want it to stop i wish i knew so i can pay some one a visit.

some has been calling me from this number for the past 2 days.  They won't leave a message, and I'm not going to answer a number I don't recoginize.  They have called me about 10 times already.

From googling, I think this is a collection agency for Dell.  Calls, leaves no message.

These people call here 10-15 times per day.  Getting really annoying with no messages.  We have a private unlisted number and we still get these phone calls.  Just leave one message and we might actually talk to you!!!!  Isn't this considered some kind of harrassment????

SOME ONE CALL EVERY TIME DAY AT LEAST 5 TIMES AND DOESN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE IS VERY ANNOING IF SOME ONE KNOWS PLS LET ME KNOW
