Use their “IRS Impersonation Scam Reporting” web page. You can also call 800-366-4484. •Report it to the Federal Trade Commission. Use the “FTC Complaint****istant” on FTC.gov. I got a call from this number stating the IRS was filing a suit a***nst me. I did not answer the call. I checked the phone number and it is not listed as the IRS. Anyway, the IRS would notify you by mail not by phone. This is a scam.
