Claim they are the IRS. It's a spam

They called two time last Friday, and Tuesday & Wednesday of this week @ 5:30 am. I did not answer and they left a message. I called the number back when I got to work and a guy answer IRS, I told him sorry I dial the wrong number and **** up .

got a phone call did not answer because I didn't recognize the area code. They left a message to call them. I didn't. Looked it up on the internet and found you. thanks so much

Received a phone call at 5 AM. Not o**** 100% sure it is a scam. The IRS does not call people at this hour. In fact, the IRS does not call. They send notices by USPS. I know this because I owe the IRS $$ and have been working with them for the past 3 years. FYI, the IRS has been very easy to work with.

Called the IRS - please report this scam as follows: www.TIGTA.gov and in the upper right corner: IRS Impersonation Scam. Some poor unwitting person is going to fall for this unless they can be stopped. I'd think it's a***nst the law to impersonate the IRS.

Got a phone call this AM claiming to be the IRS and being sued. Maybe these people should be sued for spamming and impersonating the IRS?

Recorded message from tis number saying I was being sued by IRS and to return a call to the above number to learn more about the case. I never answer calls where I do not know the caller. It's a scam. Their loss!

They have called 2 days in a row and leave a message asking me to call back because the IRS is suing me. Please be aware that the IRS never calls. If they want to contact you it will be through US Mail.

Just got a call from this#. Showed Washington, D.C. Didn't answer. Voice mail said its preparing lawsuit a***nst me and need to call back. Ignored and blocked number

They said it was the IRS and I was about to get sued.

Claims to be the IRS and I'm being sued well IRS will send written communication nothing like this...Very laughable and this number has joined the ranks with the other losers

Spam IRS call!

yes I got a call that said I was being sued by the IRS and I should call the above number. Did not Call. Just check to see if it was a scam.

Received a RECORDED message saying “This is the IRS and we have been trying to get ahold of you. The IRS is preparing to file a lawsuit a***nst you and you must call (202) 413-9015 immediately.” End of call. When you call the number no one answers. Waste of time the IRS does not contact you with any kind of phone call it will always be written correspondence.

I have received a number of calls the last couple days from this number. They claim they are the IRS and that I am being sued. I then am supposed to call the number they give to get more details. This is a scam written all over it. This number will be the next to be blocked on my phone.

I've received several phone calls from this number and recording saying that the IRS is suing me and to call immediately. When I call, I get someone who answers saying they are with the IRS but a tremendous amount of human background noise makes it impossible for either of use to communicate. I believe this is a scam as the IRS would send written communications, not a phone call with this type of notification.

Call from this number claimed to be IRS and they were in the process of suing me. Search shows Omnipoint to be a scammer since 2011.
