he is calling me as well from the number 646-533-1816 saying exactly the same as the other people commenting have said.  Thanks God I researche dhis name and found this page.   I am usually up on all the scams but he had me going for a minute!!

Wow I am so glad that I googled this because this guy just called me. I knew it was too good to be true!!!! $500 insurance $1300 modeling license!!!!!

I got a call from "Stephen Hill" the vp of BET. He told me his scouts for models saw my photos and thought I'd be perfect for modeling. I fell for it. I was so excited that THE vice president wanted to recruit me! He gave me the BET rip the runway website, which was spoken incorrectly by him. I finally found the site and it included all the ***nd names he thought I would be perfect for- Victoria's Secret, Baby Phat, Rocawear, South Pole, etc. He told me about a required modeling license I would have to pay for, about $1500. I only had $1000 at the time and Stephen said he would cover for me because I seemed promising. I remember calling my mother and sister, ecstatic and elated that I was going to be a real model! But my mom said modeling licenses didn't exist. I wanted what Stephen promised- a ticket to New York in 24 hours, a paid for apartment, a chance to get a $300,000 contract, and access to all the night clubs, VIP of course. Thank GOD I didn't go to a Moneygram at 2-3 in the morning to give this scammer money. I won't forget how angry the self proclaimed Stephen Hill was getting when I refused to pay anything. He sounded defeated and frustrated and kept saying I was wasting his time. This all happened in September of 2010. Don't fall for it! And poor Stephen Hill for having his name slandered like that!

im in the entertainment business and this man saw my ad and texted me from that same number sayin he was stephen hill with bet rip the runway... so the same day i googled his name and saw this website... THANK GOD FOR THE INTERNET

THIS MAN IS A PROFESSIONAL I WILL GIVE HIM THAT. FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE THAT MUCH TIME OUT OF THIER DAY TO TRY TI GET YOU TO WESTERN UNION OR MONEY GRAM HIM SOME MONEY IS HORRIBLE. HE DEFINATELY HAD ME GOING FOR A WHILE UNTIL DID MY RESEARCH ON HIM. HE ALMOSST HAD ME. THE EXTREME MEASURES HE GOES THROUGH TO TRY AND GET YOU TO SEND HIM MONEY. HE EXPLAINED THE LIFE OF STEPHEN HILL. HE KNEW THINGS ABOUT STEPHEN AS THOUGH HE IS A FAMILY MEMBER OF HIS OR AN EX-EMPLOYEE. THEEN HE GOES ON ABOUT HOW TRUST IS A MAJOR ISSUE AND THAT HE WANTS TO HIRE YOU. HE REELS YOU IN BY TELLING YOU THE CONTRACT IS ANYWHERE BETWEEN 200,000 AND 400,000 DEPENDING ON WHO PICKS YOU UP. HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A GIRL IN A CONTRACT FOR BABY PHAT FOR 350,000 AND I HAD AND OPTION TO TAKE OVER HER CONTRACT AND LEAVE IN 24HOURS OR HE COULD PUT ME UP FOR BID AND NOT KNOW HOW MUCH THE CONTRACT IS GOING TO BE FOR BUT I WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR MY INSURANCE THROUGH BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, AT 1800 A YEAR AND I HAVE TO PAY 900 EVERY SIX MONTHS. WHICH THE FIRST 900 WOULD HAVE TO BE SENT OFF BEFORE i GET MY FLIGHT TO NEW ORLEANS. ONCE I CALLED HIM WITH THE FAX NUMBER TO WESTERN UNION AFTER I SEND THE MONEY HE WAS GOING TO MEET ME IN NEW ORLEANS AND WE WERE TO SIGN CONTRACTS. AFTER 7 DAYS I WAS TO RECIEVE A SIGNING BONUS AND ROYALTIES OF 35,000 AND 14 DAYS LATER RECIEVE 40,000. THEN AFTER TO RECIEVE 6000 EVERY FRIDAY WETHER I AM ON VACATION OR NOT UNTIL I GET TO THE 350,000. HE THEN WENT ON ABOUT WHAT I NEEDED TO PACK SO THAT I CAN MAKE IT THROUGH A FEW WEEKS OF TRAINING BUT ONCE I GET TO NEW YORK I WAS GOING TO RECIEVE AN ENTIRE NEW WARDROBE WHICH WOULD CONSIST OF 20 NEW OUTFITS AND 15 NEW PAIRS OF S***S, ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE UNDERGARMENTS. HE CALLED AND WAS VERY PERSISTENT. I WILL ALSO BE CALLING BET AND THE FBI SO THEY CAN CATCH THIS GUY. HE IS SEEKING OUT ******S ON BACKPAGE.COM AND TAKING ALL THESE YOUNG LADIES HARD EARNED MONEY.

Yeah he got me too. my lease is running out nov.15....and somehow this "Stephen Hill" talked me into sending him the money I had saved for a place. I'm totally *****ed! Wish I would have googled his number first. Dumb-a**! What made it so believeable is that he reserved a seat for me on southwest. And the little "checking up on" that I did do, everything seemed legit. this man is a smooth talker. WATCH OUT!

Well ladies, lets just put it this way i wish i would have looked this up yes****ay and seen this instead of wasting my **** phone minutes....This is a complete scam and I almost fell for it....Over the last two day I have spent numerous hours on the phone with "stephen hill", and today I got offered a modeling contract from both JLO, & Babyphat...both were for large amounts of contract in the 300,000 area, plus numerous signing bonuses and royalties...He then in which asked me to Send $750 via western union or moneygram in the name of Alvin Torres, And told me to put a test question on it, anyone who know anything about sending money knows you only put a test question if the person picking it up does not have id (MAJOR RED FLAG)... if your a valid person in a major business like this its guaranteed you have ID...Besides that Thanks to everyone else who commented on this, Atleast he did not get me....

He calls himself "Stephen Hill"...but of course that is not his real name.  I knw the real Stephen Hill from B.E.T. personally and this is certainly not him.  I called the real Stephen Hill in NY and let him know what was going on and emailed him links to this site, this **** used another 212# prir to this one and THE REAL STEPHEN HILL IS SEEKING LEGAL ACTION on the grounds of slander and impersonation...PLEASE dont fall for i this man is dangerous!

This guy Stephen Hill at the phone number 2024220410 is an internet scam artist/ wanna be ****..... pathological liar.... who actually believes he is Stephen Hill from BET.  He actually researches all the information about Stephen Hill from Bet and tells you everthing to a t.  He cons girls into thinking he is actually from Bet and going to c****e your life to be a model.  He spends hours convincing you to go to training facilities to train with babyphat.. jlo...apple bottoms... ect.... and to pay him money to put into deposit form so that can insure your position with the company.  He sends off contracts and really has the scam down to a t.  I believe now that he is a wanna be **** too coward to actually be one hides behind this scam and is just a complete fake coward all the way around detroying young girls dreams and stealing thier hard earned money.  He is a horrible person and needs to be caught...He is not a real anything .... He is A FAKE EVERYTHING.....A Coward .... and a FAKE MAN!!!!.... Stay away from this WANNA Be...and complete FRAUD!!!!

I got a text from this man claiming to be Stephen Hill from BET conducting a model search and he said he had people that gave him my pic...I am still in the process of contacting BET to tell them that someone is using his name in bad judgement. The message said "My name is Stephen Hill and I am hireing models to be trained for BET rip the runway your pics were great and if you would like a chance to be a model 2024220410"

This is a man claming to want to hire you for a "modeling job" for BET but infact is some form of internet scammer/**** that wants you to work for him. Stay away from him. His name is Stephen Hill
