IRS SCAMMER

Same as comments below. I got a call and there was an automated voice telling me the IRS filed a lawsuit a***nst me and I needed to call the number back immediately. It also said this is the last attempt to reach me, however, they have never called before. Appears to be a scam!

Got an automated call with an IRS lawsuit threat.

I received an automated voicemail saying "The IRS Is filing a lawsuit a***nst you" and was told to call this # back. I have no issues with the IRS, this has to be some type of scam.

Was told to can back because "the IRS is going s lawsuit a***nst me". Clearly isn't legit.

Got two calls today (12-2-15) claiming to be IRS filing a suit a***nst me for unpaid taxes leaving this number as the return number to call. I hope to get a call from another spammer telling me I have won a big prize. I will give them the 6041 number and ask them to settle my "debt" directly with the IRS.

After the Castro de salgu call, this # calls me within a minute. I answered and told them to GF themselves.

11-30-2015 - They have been calling me every day and leaving a call back number on my recorded with a message. No live human being. Just a recorder. I'm sending this information to my local newspaper as a WARNING, especially for seniors. Meanwhile, my sister-in-law is an attorney with the government in Washington and I will send her a message regarding this and the phone number. KARMA IS COMING THEIR WAY.

I call our friends at the "IRS" (202-446-6041) today to verify that there address was 123 40th St. NE, Washington D.C.Which I posted yes****ay. He infomed me that their address was 111 Cons***ution Ave. Washington D.C.. If this supposed to be funny, I don't find this or their IRS scam funny! Do you?

I looked these "IRS" .guys up after the called and threatened me. it appears that they are calling from 123 40th St. NE, Washington DC. Call them and wish them Happy Thanksgiving!.

This is a SPAM Call I.R.S. my big **** ........ said they had filed a lawsuit a***nst me and I know better There is no reason for lawsuit a***nst me for anything .

I called these guys back after they called me with the IRS threat an told them that on the Net they are spammers. Of course they blatently denied being spamnmers and that they were the IRS! Given that they call me with this threat I'm going to call thwm every chance I get ...

Same call as KmacB. The call showed coming in from Egypt because i****ume the 202-446-6041 call back number given in the voicemail showed up on my caller id as 20-2-446-6041. I****ume the "20" is Egypt's country code. I'm going to call the Nigerian prince that i know and have him look into it!!

I received a call from this number which was only a recording saying the IRS was fiiing suit a***nst me and to call this number to find out more. The IRS only sends notifications by mail. Everything with the IRS will be in writing so I ignored it.

I got a voicemail from this number saying the IRS has filed a lawsuit a***nst me and to call right away. I'm not calling them back. I've reported the call to the Federal DNC list.

My daughter got a phone call from this number today claiming she had a past bill she needed to pay

Claiming to be the IRS filing suit a***nst you. The IRS WILL NEVER CALL YOU. This is a wicked scam.
