Received this fax for financial information. Very su****ious. No telephone #. I am sure it is fraud

We also received the fax asking us to fill out financial information with signatures. It is supposedly from U.S. Dept. of Transportation. I'm guessing NOT.......

We also received the fax asking us to fill out financial information with signatures - RED FLAG! This number should really be shut down.

My company also received a request for financial information to be sent to this fax number. We believe that it is fraudulant.

This is a fraudulant fax, requesting finacial information from the U.S. DOT. Do not reply.
