Message stating it was the IRS and was filing a lawsuit, but one problem, they dont have my cell phone number and they would also send a letter not call.
Just received a call from this number telling me that they were the IRS and they were filing a law suit a***nst me.
Like other complaints, IRS and lawsuit cant find any info. Only comes up Turcios Florence and located in Washington DC, Verizion.
Called stating they are the IRS and that there was a problem with my taxes filed in 2010-2013 and that I owed $4900 or they would seize my bank accounts, and property. There isn't a problem with my taxes, and I****ume the IRS would contact me in a more formal fashion than with a foreigner demanding money on the other line. Frustrating.
