Not sure if AICR are spammers, but they are certainly annoying. I called the number back and got a message to thank me for calling. At the end of the message it says press 1 for more info. I did & after the little spiel, it said press 3 if I no longer want calls from them. Entered my phone number, verified and ***g up. Went into my CID & did the same for all the different numbers from same org. Got one more call. Told man @ other end I had my name taken off their list, don't call anymore!!!! Phone had been silent ever since ;) Don't forget to dial 1 before area code!!

Add another to the blocked call program on my Panasonic phone. Bahahahahahaha

called at 8am !!!! and a***n at 6pm - no message left !!! I am on the no call list - tired of them calling!

Didn't answer, came up on caller I D as "American Inst" they left no message.

Said they where Make A Wish Foundation, asked for $$.

this is getting rediculous the scamers are coming out of the woodwork after their wintwr hibernation. when will it stop.all these scaming fund raisers. they won't get any money from me. stop calling. get a real job........

Call came in at 10:58 AM.  Caller ID name has "American Inst".  Did not answer (I never do if I don't know who it is).
