I got a call on a phone that is not in my name. Someone with a heavy accent named Bob (probably not his real name ) said I have been selected for a government grant which I would never have to pay back. He called back when I said I was not interested. I going to to proceed to record the call next time because this is a fishing expedition for personal info and iden***y theft attempt.

It is a scam. I told him to send the "grant" ( 8932.00) by western union. He then told me to call this number 850-391-1759 to receive the money and that they would stay on the phone until I picked up the money. I'm not calling that number. I'm sure it's one of the numbers that charges you a lot of money when called.

This guy called and said I was selected by the goverment to get $8000 and said that he needs my bank info to send me the money so I said the goverment can send me a check they do it every year at tax season and he ***g up ! My husband got the same call from the same number it is a scam and this guy needs to get reported!!
