This guy called me claiming to be the IRS saying that I owe them almost $9,000 and they were going to put a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't pay them they even gave me a so-called claim number. However the guy had very broken English can barely understand him and with his type of English and the name he gave just didn't match.

They said they were the IRS and they have filed a lawsuit a***nst me.

I didn't but answer. Left a voicemail stating they were the IRS and that they were filing a lawsuit a***nst me. Said to call them back at the number they called from to get more details about the charges. I know they can't be doing this cause: 1)IRS doesn't call you, 2) I've not filed taxes in 2 years, except for maybe $100 refund this year for when I work for two months.
