Told me the same thing I got a 5000 dallor grant but need to go thru western union and pay 190.00 to get it.

Same thing happened to me they wanted bank info age and what not . Said i was selected because i paid taxes and had a clean record... I have 3 felonies clearly not a clean rec. so i knew they where scamming was told to call Elvina Jones@ 202-621-0644 by an Indian man named "steve" Reference code rw003... THESE PEOPLE ARE ****** PARASITES

I received the same thing as Llanna.  I called the number to see what it was about, but it was always busy or would not go through.  Good thing because I KNOW it's a scam.  The government would not give away that kind of money to ANYONE at this time, as much as they're hurting to cash.  I knew it was a scam, but I was curious to see what the person on the other end would say when I called.  There are SOOO many scams going around right now.   BE CAREFUL!!!

I was contacted by a representative for a Ms. Jones.I was informed that I received a grant from the US government ($5000) in a random drawing -- for being a citizen who pays taxes and has not declared bankruptcy.I have not submitted a grant proposal, so this appears to be a total scam. They wanted me to call 202-621-0644 and speak to Elzina Jones in order to give her the grant approval code they provided me with and to inform her of how to dispense "my" grant money.If this actually IS a legitimate grant, I'd be quite surprised.It seems very much like a scam. So I didn't call back.(No, I submitted a complaint to the FTC and my state's AG.)

I was called and told I qualified for a government grant. I was chosen because I have payed my taxes on time and don't have a criminal record. They had my name and address and asked my age. They gave me this number and told me to call their account manager to release the money. Her name is Elzinah Jones. Confirmation number DA002

same here and now they're asking me to pay an additional 572.00

These people called as if working for US Gov't, with Indian accent, offering grant $ that can be used in anyway I want, for home repairs or car payments.They ***g up immed when asked for their information or a mailing.They gave verification code to call and talk to this number to obtain funds.

I got a call from this number saying I had a grant for 5000 dollars and they needed my bank account info in order to process the payment I asked what the grant was for and they ***g up on me I tried to call back and it was busy beware of this scam
