When I asked them to put me on the do not call list they told me I had to pay $200 to be put on the do not call list

Just received a call from this 202-656-8839. Asked they what they wanted, they had federal grant money for me when I asked them to put me on the do not call list, they said they couldn't do that because they were the federal government. I finally ***g up.

I have received a number of calls from this phone number. No message is ever left. The calls come while I am at work and cannot answer.
