I was contacted by a man named 'Robert' telling me I had been awarded a grant by the U S government in the amount of $7000. He said this could be dispersed in one of three ways 1) I could give them my bank routing number along with the account number or 2) give him my credit card number or 3) if I did not want to give out that information, I was instructed to go to the nearest Western Union office and be paid in cash. After questioning why the U S government could not send me a check for this GRANT, he then told me I needed to supply a security deposit, which would be refunded to me in a matter of minutes. Then the money would then be given to me at the WU office -in cash. He was told, the government did not operate in this fashion. THIS IS A SPAMMER!
