Called my sister twice and we live no where near DC and know no-one there

They have called both of my landlines on three occasions each in the last two weeks. The last call was five minutes ago. I haven't picked up a single time nor have they left a message. It's getting extremely annoying, bordering on harrassment. As a rule I never pick up when the caller ID is out of state or has the name of a company I don't deal with... usually after one or two calls they get the message (without leaving one) and stop. But these people are relentless!

I am getting calls from these people all day, no one answers.I am tired of this,The FCC needs to get involved with these companies,that are annoying people daily.

Im Handicapped, hard to get around, don't need this in my life!!! Everyone comments on these unwanted calls but WHATS THE REMEDY TO STOP THESE CALLS, PLEASE post some solutions not just comments!!

It was a pole about politics, I think. I can't remember. They called on my house phone on 9/22/11. I answered questions and they haven't called back since.

The calls are coming from Consumer Energy Alliance. It is a push poll run by a Washington DC lobbying Firm who works on behalf of the Natural Gas Industry. The firm is Community Strategies.
