When I answered the phone in a very business-like voice, the caller ***g up on me. I've been experiencing **** up calls like this for the past several days.

A women that continuously calls. Won't give her name or reasoning for calling.

It's the Campaign For Liberty folks! They are awesome & just probably have some harmless questions about your local congressman or rep. Go to their website to check it out. :)

We are receiving two to three calls from this number every day. DO NOT CALL Register does not seem to be helping!

202-730-9944 This recorded phone number calls at least twice a day for the past two weeks and does not leave a message. Unknown caller.

this number called 10 times in about 1 hour. Doesn't leave message on answering ma****g.

Answering ma****e picks this call up about four times each day.

I get a call from this number almost once a week on my cell phone. Sometimes it is multiple times within a week. I wish I could make it stop.

A man with a deep thick voice who says he is with Campaign for Liberty.

Called my home phone, I didn't answer, they left no message. Then my cell phone rang with the same number. I'm on call so I had to answer, when I answered they stated my name and ***g up...

Campaign for Liberty constantly calls even though I never answer the phone. Impossible to get off their call list.

number seems to be washington dc based and calls for no apparent reason every day. will not leave message and is annoying and harrasing

Calls and lets ring once, ****s up. I call up and get a message saying "Thank you for calling the campaign for liberty, no one is available to take my call....." Ive left messages at that number twice to remove my #, i then have called the # on their website 3 times and i still keep getting calls

I called the number back.It is CFL.

I just received a call from this number.  I was a contributor to Ron Paul's campaign, but never signed up for the Campaign for Liberty although I do get emails from them.

I missed this call too. I wonder what it was. It must have been a big deal if they were using my money to call me. :)

O answered the phone, “Sí, buenas noches.” and it ***g up on me, maybe because I didn’t say “Hello.”

They need to identify themselves or leave a message, otherwise I don't answer!

Thanks for all the previous comments about this number...It was on my caller I'd and I wouldn't have slept tonight thinking the govt was calling me!!LOL!  I'm glad it was Ron Paul...too bad he's not in charge in Washington, we wouldn't be scared to answer our phone if he was in charge!!  Go RON PAUL!!!

I am a member of Campain for Liberty also... I got the phone call but I did not answer :)

Um, yeah, especially for the demographic they are calling....tell us who you are if you expect us to answer the call.  LOL

Instead of putting Washington DC on their caller id, they should put Campaign for Liberty, and maybe people would actually answer. Who wants to answer a call from Washington?

I just got this call 5 minutes ago..no message.

Missed call Sat, 14 Feb 2009, 11:03 am EST. Someone else reported this is Campaign for Liberty. Would make sense for me too.
