They said they were from Department of Grants..I am a homeland security student and a reporter..I ask them for their Web address and they disconnected

Had missed calls from this number. Tried to call back both on cell and landline. Only get a message that call can't be completed as dialed. Began receiving scam call from other numbers at this same time. Most can't be called back on as either you receive busy signal, sent to voice mail, or number is disconnected. When you do speak to a person (when you answer their call) it always someone with heavy accent wanting to speak with someone that you've never heard of. Here is list of other numbers I received calls from all in one day. Scam I had a call from this number today and the lady says I won 7000 dollars. She claims to be working for department of federal grants and I want to know why she picked me and where did she get my number from.. The number she called from 2027382323 on April 22 2014 Tuesday. She sounds like she is from India just to let all of you know who ever get calls from this number ..get her name and sue her

Yes, the called me and said that she was calling about some education or so****ing. Couldn't really here with all that unnecessary noise in the background.

I answered, they spoke in a foreign language, lots of noise (other people on calls in background), then they ***g up without saying anything else. I believe to be SPAM!!!
