Received phone call from male with a heavy foreign accent. Told me my name and phone number had just qualified for a $9,000.Grant. Saud he was with the U.S. Grant department. Told him I wasn't interested and I. Was calling the police. He said he would be waiting for them, and f*** me. Tolal ****s. Top scammers.

Keep gettine phone calls from this number. Sometimes they leave a message that the IRS is trying to reach me. Called back a couple f times and got a fast busy signal. Most times they don't leave a message. Believe it is a scam.

Received a call at 9:30am on a Sa****ay. In a foreign accent a man claimed to be "Thomas" from the US Treasury Department. I called him a lying scammer and ***g up.

They call me at least 5-10 times a day and I have told them I am on a no call list but I think from treading this I am going to enjoy the next call and say how I just sold a truck to a friend of yours that works athere and they still owe me money do u know jim and just go into a whole conversation with them till they **** up and waste thedir time and not let them talk so if the are monitored they will loose their job being I controlled the call and they did not

please people asking them to remove your number is a joke. Its a scam, they are not a legit company. The do not call list is for actual businesses that have people call to make sales. These people don't want to sell you anything, they want your account number, social security number and anything else that will give them access to your $$$$$$$$

they have called so many times i cant keep track of how many times i have asked them to remove my number- they are offering grant money- and if i dont accept it i will never be able to get it a***n- i said thats ok- then maybe you will stop calling me---- now remove my number from your database--- i just got another call.....

wife answered the phone they said they were from the treasure dept and she told them that the is gov. does not make those kind of calls on a phone to tell you things and then she ***g up

Gentleman with a foreign accent called, stated he was with a company called the treasury department in Washington. Stated that they owed me $9000. Referring to the treasury department as a company rang my warning bell, so I kicked into a spiel about "Yeah, I know you folks... Sold a truck to jim over there just last week. You work for Jim, don't you? He said all of you folks work for him..." Managed to keep him on the line for several minutes (I suspect they are judged poorly if they **** up on people they call who answer). I suspect they are scamming for so****ing less than $200, because he s****ed to ask me if others were asking for $200, but I plowed over him with my armored truck sales spiel :) Definitely a scam

Big scam I'm getting the same call from someone with a horrible accent told me I had been awarded a 9000 dollar grant for paying all my taxes on time

Heavy accent, said I get a $9000 grant. Said I wasn't interested. They keep calling, I don't answer anymore.

They are also with this number also 202-738-4446. They had my address no big deal its in the phone book. They said that the government is paying me $9000 dollars. Because I was so good with my money. Well, I retired from the government. They need to do so****ing with these people. I think its illegal to im*****nt a government agency or personnel.

need to report this number as a scam person claiming to call from government grants etc says you have been awarded money, also has foreign accent and told me to **** his private when I let him know I worked for the state prosecutors office
