This is the 2nd time I have received a robocall telling me that there is a criminal law suit filed a***nst me. The call identifies themselves as being an agent with the IRS. The caller further states if I don't return their call they can only wish me good luck. This is a hugh scam. I don't want to release all the clues in case the person(s) doing this might also see this note and c****e their M.O. The one thing that identifies this as a scam is that the IRS advises that they would never call, in fact they would send an official letter have us to contact them.
