This call was in reference to an allegation of check or bank fraud It is imperative they speak to me regarding the allegation. Their office has been mandated to contact my employer to verify my employment and advise them that they are issuing paper work for me to appear in court. I haven't had a bank account with check writing privileges in almost 6 years - nor have I committed any type of banking fraud EVER. When I called back to discuss this they could not/ would not verify proof or information that validated their allegations. They just kept saying the same things and wanted me to give them my information. When I refused, they ***g up on me.

Called my elderly ***her with check fraud allegations. He hasn't written a check in years. Didn't have his name correct.

They call from different numbers 2028035785 and then a mobile number 2026215429 they left this threatening message saying I had by the end of the business day to contact them or they would be contacting my employer and all of these charges would be pressed a***nst me never said why or what but when I tried calling the number back it says you will be recorded then it rings a few times and ****s up they don't leave a name either

they called with threats of possible jail time and mounds of legal fees unless i paid a debt that wasnt mine accused me of check and bank fraud. total bogus company making false alligations! anytime i call askin for address and contact info i im mysteriously disconnected!

said my husband owed them money from an online loan comoany, "pay day loans" and didn't even have the right ssn. kept arguing with him saying that even though it wasn't his ssn, that he had to pay. threatened going to court. we would never use a cheesy online loan company let alone send some random person some money. they could not give us any information of anyone we could contact. I am going to contact my local authorities about this scam. This 'company' that 'litigates' for payday loans had no right information other than a first and last name. total scam!!!!!!
