This number is calling me two daily and not leaving a message. Annoying!!

These people are rude and creepy.  When they call my phone, they do not leave a message.  However, they have been harrassing my mother interigating her for information about me.  Yet when she turns the table and asks who they are, they don't answer the questions and **** up.  How can they collect on a debt if you don't know who they are and make payment arrangement.  Vinegar does not attract favorable attention.

I keep receiving call from this number. They are rude and they haven't take my number off their list. Can somebody help.....please

Stop calling me. You have the wrong number. I am calling the police on you.

This number calls me multiple times a day and the guy is so stinkin' rude!! He will not give me any information on what he is calling about just the company he is with. I talked to him 3 times on Sunday!! When they call they don't leave a message, but when I answer the phone they don't talk. When I called back on Sunday he was even ruder. He said things to me like, you had your chance when we called on an outbound call. I said yes, but until you tell me who you are with and what it is regarding I will not give you any of my information. He asked for my phone number, I told him how rude he is and he said that none of my information shows up when I call them, only outbound called, I told him I wanted his name, employee number and to speak to his manager and he told me how does it feel to want??I was beside myself with they way he was talking to me and how rude he was.

Target collections.  They call me non-stop even though i make payments to them.  I think they call (and call...and call...) until it's paid in full or so****ing.  They are awful to work with.

Same, they call, leave no message; and when I call back there no one on the line, though it seems as if someone did pick the call.

I just got the call, too...Only a woman asked me by my name and then nothing...Tried to call back and nothing....

IC Systems is a 3rd party collection agency that collects on behalf of Target. I actually just ***g up with them bc they were calling me looking for the wrong person.

I received a phone call from IC Systems.  Thanks to the internet I was able to read about this company and their unprofessional customer service they provide.  Thanks to the internet, when they called I was able to tell the gentleman exactly what I was able to do and when.  Thank you for this website.  I would like to know what I can do so that they do not call me anymore.

It sounded like a collect call and then it said hold the line.... a guy answered and asked if it was... zack... and then ***g up

The company is IC Systemns --- they are a contract collections company --- found that through an internet search --- apparently are a 3rd party collector

Received the same call this morning. No voicemail message, etc. Called back and gentleman answering the phone "ISC Systems"?

wish they would leave a message --- searched and states it is a cell number which makes me even more uneasy!
