I keep getting calls from this number.  I believe them to be from IC Systems.  They are looking for my 31 year old daughter, although they do not leave a message, they do not speak when I say "Hello".  She hasn't lived at this number in 3 years.  I have told them this several times, (they also call from another number).  This goes on all day long.

They call me almost every hour of the day. I've never had to block a single number but can someone please tell me how to?

I have rec'd 5 calls just TODAY!!! from this number. They do not leave a message. They s**** at 8AM. On 411com it is identified as a unlisted cell phone originating from Westchester, DC. You know, if they wanted to do business, solve a problem, collect a debt, etc. you would think they would leave a number.

I receive a call but no one responds on the other end - repeatedly throughout the day and evening.

I have received numerous calls from this number.  They keep asking for a person I have never heard of.   The last person who called was extremely rude.  When I called back the woman on the phone identified it as "IEC Enterprises" and refused to give any information.

When I called back - after holding for a while - they said this was IEC Systems....no doubt a bill collector.

no message left, just annoying.  use call block.

multiple calls throughout the day, no msg left on voicemail. callback gets a greeting of 'thank you for calling I C Systems.' They are a collection agency.
