Had call from them this morning.  No message.  I just called them back and told them that someone from there called my number but did not leave a message.  He said who they were looking for, I told them that person does not live here.  This is the **** residence and please remove my number.  I got his name and repeated the asking of removing my number so I do not get another call.  I noted what time and today and who I talked to.  If they call back I will contact the attorney general office for harrassment.  Hope everyone has a good day

After the first call yes****ay, they called 2 more times. I have already received 3 calls today by 2:45pm. I called them back and asked who they are, what they do and who they are looking for. Then told them to take my number off their list as it does not and never has in the last 10 years belonged to that person.2nd call- I blew up at them and told them no one here by that name- take me off the list. 3rd call- I was not pleasant at all-and yet the lady still asked me if i knew anyone by that name and that the call was being recorded for quality control. I told her good- did not know the person now get my number off the list. They are IC Systems, they gather information- according to them.

I just got a phone call from this number and they told me they had a call for my number, put me on hold with music playing and I ***g up.

These people are nuts! I s****ed to receive calls from them yes****ay, no one there. Finally 3rd call today, woman was on the line looking for someone with a different name. When she realized that I was NOT the person she was looking for, she said she would remove my # today. She claims my number belonged to someone else which is not true. I've had my number for many years!  We'll see. As sais above ...WHAT A PAIN!

Got a call today, no one on the other side.

Zak has called our house numerous times looking for my unmarried son and his wife. My son's wallet was stolen several weeks ago and he filed a police report do***enting the event. Since then we have had two banks call to verfy that he was not trying to take out a credit card with their company since some of the information gives was'nt correct.. Evidently Best Buy doesn't check as throughly as they should because someone using my son's social and partial information has taken out a credit card with them and charged purchases. When I called this number back and told them that he had been a victim of identify theft and it was do***ented they c****ed their tune. They also need to be reported the Trade Commissions that you can  find on the Social Security Web Site and Equifax. If these folks keep calling you and you do not owe them money. Report Them! They have hired a bunch of unprofessional ****s to fish for information and they ARE harassing people. I work for the government and I know that the innocent band together in this, it can and will be stopped.

this  number  keeps  calling  my  work  phone  and  when  i  answer  no  one  is  on the  line ...  they  never  leave  a  voice mail ... not  sure   who  or  what  they  want  but  i wish it  would  stop!!!

I got a call for Jim Conway too who spent almost an hour harrassing me about my account. This guy works for IC Systems, a collection agency.

i get calls from these ****s at least5times a day asking for someone who does not live here..the jim conway guy who they say im talking to is a creep..very rude..and wont tell me what company they are..

I am receiving 4 calls a day from 1-202-870-5963 - Caller ID - IC System.  No one leaves a message, and I will not answer the calls because my sister had problem with a prison getting their number after they answered the phone.  Their telephone account was compromised, as was their computer, plus large charges were made a***nst their accounts.  I never answer unknown telephone numbers.BUT . . . the phone has rung 4 times today, s****ing at 8:00 a.m.

I have also confirmed that this number 202-870-5963 is owned by IC SYSTEMS (http://www.icsystem.com/ ) they claim they are from Washington DC but their website says Mailing AddressI.C. System, 444 Highway 96 East, St. Paul, MN 55127-2557.This number has called me twice a day for a few weeks - I have always answered "Allergy Purifiers" as this is my business number for www.AllergyPurifiers.com / www.o3ozone.com where I sell HEPA and carbon filters and medical grade air purifiers - and they never speak.  I call the number and the even answered "ic systems"  They asked for "Shawn Sleighter" (a person I have never known but I have recieved many phone calls from different sources asking for this name.  I asked to have my number removed and the represenative said she would.  I guess we will see if the calls continue.

this company is contstantly calling my phone up to 10 times a day at all hours 7 days a week.  The do not leave messages and call over and over.  How can we stop this ???

this company is contstantly calling my phone at all hours.  The do not leave messages and call at least 3 times over and over.  I looked into it and it is I.C. System.  They are a royal pain.  I thought you could not be contacted before 8 am and after 8 pm.?  If this is true, then they are breaking some law.

These people have called my phone number 54 times in two weeks. I demanded to know who they represented since they were asking for a man named Mathew with no last name.... go figure cause there is no Matthew at this new phone number we just got from Comcast.  This number 202-870-5963 is owned by IC SYSTEMS (http://www.icsystem.com/ ) they claim they are from Washington DC but their website says Mailing AddressI.C. System, 444 Highway 96 East, St. Paul, MN 55127-2557 These people really need to check their records and when you tell them they have the wrong number, there is no one by that name at this phone number which by the way is ***nd new number for us, they still keep calling you and harrassing you every single day; sometimes 7-10 times in one day.

It is IC Systems - a collections company for Suzuki.

I have been receiving a call on my corporate issued cell phone from this number both during the day and evening.  Since I'm usually in appointments throughout the day, I cannot answer, but a message is never left.  I have since answered this call twice on two seperate evenings and this time, the person was really persistent in finding some Jaime whatever.  He spoke to me as if I was lying to him as to who I was, but I really don't want to continue getting these harassing phone calls, when even my voice message says clearly who I really am.  Don't know why they're looking for Jaime, but the only thing that I can figure is that they're a debt collector.

It is def. Best Buy Credit.
