Just got a call from this number on my Magic Jack linewhich leads me to believe they are calling random numbersunless the number I have used to correspond witha regular landline number.  Regardless, they can eat my shorts.

I've been getting calls from them for a week now.  No message and **** up the one time I answered.  I have "uncollected debts" coming at me from all angles now due to State of IL going broke and not paying long-ago medical bills from when my kids were on Medicaid.  I also am living in a rented condo whose owner is in foreclosure so I wonder if they're after her instead of me.  What it is it's annoying as***** and I can't even find out what they're trying to collect on.

If it is your cellphone, save them as a contact on your cell phone, then set their default ringtone to "No Ring" When they call it will not bother you.If it is your home phone, call your home phone provider and tell them you want this number blocked from harassing you, the caller threaten your child. If they say they can not, threaten to cancel your service and speak to a supervisor.

This number belongs to The CBE Group... a collection agency.This company uses a robo-dialer from a variety of numbers to call people who have NOTHING to do with their cases except maybe that they once lived in the area of a debt-skipper. They will call you repeatedly, **** up on your answering ma****e, and if you answer personally you'll get a recorded message saying simply "Please stay on the line for an agent" before music comes on. They don't identify themselves or their purpose.If this company is bothering you like they did us, please report them to your attorney general's office, the ftc, fcc, DNC lists, and w***ver else you can think of.
