Multiple calls and no message. I'm currently getting stalked by some ****s that are illegally threatening to garnish my wages from a debt I don't own.

They have called me repeatedly, but I haven't answered because I did not recognize the number. I finally blocked them and today, they tried a***n, but the block did its job.

They never leave messages, same thing I never get an answer when I call back!!

W***ver these people are, please tell me why they are calling me on a Sunday?  Can folks go to church and rest afterwards without being disturbed?  I'll pray for those that are working for this company.

Be advised the company who is calling you is:I.C. System, Inc.444 Highway 96ESt. Paul   MN  551271-800-737-3122(Corp HQ)They also use several PO boxes out of St. Paul.  The PO used depends on the collections account.IC is a collections company.  Their largest client appears to be Ebay/Pay Pal.  They also collect for Verizon, Banfield Pet Hospital, and many others.Other phone numbers used by this company are:603-589-7207202-367-9287651-204-1341202-870-5977 (Most active at the time of this posting)This company is NOT an honest one.  They have call me 6 times a day to collect on a debt which does not exist.  Because they have not followed the law, I have filled a civil suit a***nst them in Maricopa County, Arizona.  The suit was filed on December 7, 2010. (E-mail me if you want the specific case #)I strongly recommend that if you receive calls from this company that you send a certified letter to the above address demanding that they stop calling you.  Be sure to send it certified or delivery confirmation.  Carefully do***ent each call they make after they have received your letter.  Each call in violation of the FDCPA carries a mandatory civil penalty of $1,000 PER CALL!  (As you can imagine at 6 calls per day this amount adds up quickly)Please educate yourself as to your rights… even if you do have a debt which is owed, this company is most likely violating your civil rights!!   There are several sources on-line to****ist you.  One site I like is: www.creditinfocenter.com.  (I have no affiliation with this site.)  Just don’t pay anyone to provide you information… it is all available and free on-line.  A day or two of educating yourself is well worth the time spent.**************************************************As I mentioned I now have a pending civil case a***nst this company (This is not my first case of this type.)  I am interested in hearing from other people WHO ARE WILLING TO ALLOW THEIR INFORMATION TO BE USED IN THIS COURT CASE.  I am NOT an attorney and can not offer you legal advice.  But (if allowed) I would like to present evidence that it is common practice for this company to violate the FDCPA .  Specifically I am seeking other parties who can prove that their rights have been violated by this company.   If you reside in the Greater P***nix Metro area of Arizona, and can prove that this company has violated any of your rights under the FDCPA, please let me know.My e-mail address (only for this issue) is: [email protected].  Thanks,Kirk

Ok this has been going on for more than a week and it is s****ing to get on my nerves. They call and when I answer they **** up and when I call back I'm placed on hold and then the phone cuts off.

Same situation here, multiple calls, never leave a voicemail, and cannot contact them back.

they are calling constantly no name no message just calls getting 4 or more a day early in moring late at night  so annoying

I received a call 2 days ago and today from this number.  Haven't called it back, but out of curiosity am keeping track.

They call, let it ring twice, then **** up... I tried to answer, but they dont let ring long enough... its annoying because they call 3 or 4 times back to back.

This caller is IC Systems, and they are a collection agency, specializing in collections on behalf of utility companies primarily. They were trying to track someone who previously had our cell number. My husband is a Law Enforcement Officer and was able to get the information needed. I'm sure they will delete my number from their database. My husband told them our next step would be to contact his boss, the Illinois Attorney General, to launch a formal complaint.

they called me and when I answered, it was like there was no one there. but they finally s****ed talking, they said they were from IC systems but couldn't tell me anything else about the company. they asked me if i've ever lived at a specific address which happens to be the building my old roommate now lives in. they knew my name but spelled it wrong, and finally after saying about four times that I've never lived there, they said they would delete my number from the database. let's hope they do! they were so rude!!

These people call my cell many times a day and **** up. Does anyone know who this is?

Annoying call. Call and no one at other end. Calls, Calls and Calls.

These calls are soooooooo annoying!!!! Aaaarrrrrgggghhhh! Out of the disturbing 4 times this # has called my phone- only ONCE did I speak to someone. Not sure if it is legit or a hoax or prank or what- but there was a guy that said he was in investigator looking for SOME strange name of some person I have NEVER heard of. I told him he had the wrong number and he repeated that he was looking for that strange name that I do not knnow. That was the 2nd time this # called. The first time, I called back and got a busy signal. The 3rd time I did not answer so they could hear my voicemail and see that this number is not connected to the person they are looking for. This last time I just answered with*****o? And of course there was no response. So I told them: "I already told you that w***ver you are looking for is not here. If you call this number a***n, I will have the police trace this number and come and arrest you for harrassment. DO NOT call this number a***n. I'm NOT playin." And then I ***g up and googled that number and am leaving this note now. Hope this helps somebody

Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. When I tried to call back, I got a busy signal.

Called me four consecutive days with no message left.

i guess i'll answer next time but today i slept in and in the meantime missed 3 calls from this number. #1 - 8:11am, #2 - 9:13am, #3 - 10:40am

Repeated harassing calls, escalating in frequency over the last 2 days, no message.  I ignored it about the first 6 times, then answered and basically told them to leave me alone b/c I'm on the do not call list and I'd contacted the police.  Currently on the phone with my cell carrier getting the number blocked.

they call my mobile twice a day, twice have left a voice mail that's just a recorded message saying "sorry to keep you waiting." Tonight they called on a Sunday for the first time ever, which is very, very annoying. I've never had a collection agency OR a telemarketer call me on a Sunday.

They keep calling and no one is there.  then they **** up.

this number calls early and a recorded message asks you to hold on over and over a***n,saying its trying to connect you,,ive not yet got a person,it ends by saying it will try to connect you later,,,hmmm

calls six or seven times a day. Usually s****s early in the morning and no message or just **** ups.  Very annoying

got a **** up from this number 6 times today

received the call at least 3 times and no one answers.
