The "not in service" message is not a really telephone company message.   Its the number owners answering ma****e/service.  They're just trying to throw you off.

just received cell phone call from this number - left no message.  I put it in my phone book as "SCAM" so if they call a***n, I'll  know.

Did not answer, but it was a marketing call regarding how to "eliminate" mortgage payments

I got a recorded message for "homeowners 62 years or older...". I'm on the Do Not Call Registry. I should make a complaint.

These people just called me with a pre-recorded sales pitch to 'brokers.'   I'm not a broker of any kind and don't know how these ****s got my number.

got a call this morning, didnt asnwer it. figured it was a telemarketer. They didnt leave a message.

It's strange.  I received the call from this number also on my cell.  When I called back and heard that "the number is not in service......".  So weird.

had them call me, i picked up and they didn't say anything and ***g up after 13 seconds

They called my cell phone and ***g up when they got my voicemail.  I called this number from a land line and it says "sorry the number you have reached is not in service please check the number and call a***n".  Love how they can use an id that is not their correct number.
