My Mother a Senior Citizisian, got at call to send a $1250 check so that she could receive a $750,000 bank check from Bank of America and that this was the insurance fee to ship the check....or she would not get her winnings

They said I was approved for a Grant 7,000.00 and need a one time processing fee 120.00 to release the money they ask for a bank card or major credit card they are from US Grants and Treasury Department .

I recieved a call today from them, they had all my info even bank info, they said all i had to do was verify the info and pay a transfer fee, which would be donated to needy children. Why would our government ask for money to give a grant? This doesnt make since, though at first it sounded correct, I mean they have all my info, I have deposits from the government going into my account so I figured thats how they have my info. This is crazy to get calls from people claiming to be from the government treasury department, they said the money was in a bank in NY?

I got a call from a 202 900 5555 number promising me $7,000 but I had to call this 202-90****** number... having played with these scammers I played along and they wouldn't answer my call after telling them I was the broke and needy. I have no money in my account or in my wallet so, what do I do? they now won't answer me ****

i also got 3 calls from the same # 202 90****** , with them promising me 7000.00 of grant money, yes i need money but it sound to good to be true ,, these guys should be arrested

One call 4/21/2011. He wanted my credit, debit, or bank number to wire me the $7000. I live in Colorado Springs.

The man that called me came fromanother cell number within the same area as this one. They both claim to be with the US Grants and Treasury Department and say that you have been approved to receive a $7000.00 non repayable/nontaxable Government Grant. Then after asking several times to verify who they are and how much it will cost me they **** up. I then called back and played their games, they want you to western union a one time processing fee which "goes to help the poor and needy" of $100.00. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THEY NEED ZTO BE ARRESTED FAST
