Im not sure if a telemarketer or a phished. For so****ing of the nature described I would expect an email or hard mail letter. No correlation. They also Did not use my name, just my number come to think of it.

I had a Robo call saying an important matter had been turned over to their office for mediation. Number is a VOIP. Suggested owner Thomas C Xander does not appear on Linkdin or google search- except as a character in Thomas the Train animated series. Also the number showed as suspected spam when the call came in.
